It's about time they threw this clown in jail. Personally, I didn't lose any $$ to this guy or any of these "hot pick" websites. If you do choose to buy into their hype post a limit order well BELOW whatever they quote cause the one thing you CAN bet on is the price will tank shortly thereafter.

I'm not going deep into this since its an old issue...
They are not throwing him in jail...If you look at the date of the charges, they are from April.. The ********* has been posting picks all week and it's August....

I can't say you should totally avoid that type of websites... it's interesting to see what they have to say or suggest, but of course, you have to be very careful and always do a proper DD.
Obviously, you can't only rely on them to make stock picks.
