HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/12/06 -- Charles R. Shirley, Chairman & CEO of Window Rock Capital Holdings, Inc. (OTC: WRKC), a real estate asset development company, is pleased to announce that Window Rock has signed a joint venture agreement to develop a parcel of real estate in Heidenreichstein, Austria as hotel and rehabilitation facility. Window Rock has joined with Resort Errichtungs und Betriebsges.m.b.H. Eisertweg in the ownership and development of the property. Initially, Window Rock's ownership will be twenty percent; however, Window Rock can earn up to seventy percent ownership.
