Hi I bought this otc share few weeks back. Iam a newbie and bought this share at .0057 before it closed.

The next day it stopped trading in otcbb and opened in Nasdaq under the name KALU. It is trading at 43.50 now.

I now cannot sell this off from my etrade. i had bought in 50k shares just before close.

E-trade assigned a number to this stock...a 99897.. number and put my stock purchased amount as gain...but i cannot sell this.

Can somebody help me on what I should do to sell this off. I did not read the news properly...since i initially jumped right into it..

Any help will be great

Pursuant to the Second Joint Plan of Reorganization of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation and Certain of Their Debtor Affiliates, dated September 7, 2005, as modified and as confirmed by an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered on February 6, 2006, which confirmation order was affirmed by an order of the United States District Court for the District Court for the District of Delaware entered on May 11, 2006, each outstanding share of the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation were cancelled without consideration as of July 6, 2006 (the effective date of such plan).

Sorry to say as of 7-6-6 your shares are cancelled and worth nothing.
