Dilution will prevent this from being a huge runner unless they are not dumping shares into the market yet (unlikely). It takes a lot of trades to move that kind of A/S. I don't know what the new O/S is after this, but I'm sure someone can do the math.

Following this announcement Collectible Concepts Group, Inc traded fairly flat as I feel investors were not wanting to "count their chickens before they're hatched" as nothing is ever for sure.
