Accesstel Announces Upcoming Filings Wednesday July 5, 8:00 am ET
FAIRFIELD, NJ--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 5, 2006 -- Accesstel, Inc. (Other OTC:ACCS.PK - News) would like to inform our shareholders of how we plan to update our filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. First, we would like to apologize for our filing delays and thank all of our loyal shareholders for their patience. Since the merger with Accesstel, Global Invest Holdings, Inc has been attempting to consolidate books and match records with our foreign suppliers. There were some delays as accounts were not reconciling properly due to some discrepancies which required extensive accounting work by multiple accounting firms. We are and have been aware of the delays as well as the patience of our shareholders. Our recent filing has amended the 2004 10-KSB and we plan next to file an amended first quarter 10-QSB for 2005. We anticipate following up with the second and third quarter 10-QSB shortly after the amended first quarter report is filed. We are striving to catch up on our filings and hope to keep to this schedule.
