CBCL is looking good for a great entry now at bottom .0090 . This bad boy traded at .02 last week. Should see a big bounce back on this. I'm in on this momo.

Announced Today it Has Added a New Client to Its Business Advisory Service 6/7/2006 9:01:24 AM SAN DIEGO, June 7, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- CyberTel Capital Corporation ( CBCL ) announced today that HBLN Services, a subsidiary, has added another client to the Business Advisory Services practice, headed by Ms. Elizabeth Zucco. The client has contracted with HBLN Services to interface on their behalf with the USDA Rural Utilities Services Broadband Loan program, seeking approval for use of their equipment in systems funded by RUS loans.
Ms. Zucco has been working with the USDA RUS program for a number of years and has assisted with the submittal and management of loans since 2002.
The USDA Rural Utilities Services Program is "designed to provide loans for funding, on a technology neutral basis, the costs of construction, improvement and acquisition of facilities and equipment to provide broadband services to eligible rural communities. The Programs' goal is to ensure that rural consumers enjoy the same quality and range of telecommunications services that are available in urban and suburban communities," according to the application guide. Any community or individual who wishes to serve a community with broadband access may apply.
