Jun 01, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Toronto, Canada KSW Industries, Inc. is responding to numerous shareholder inquiries and wants to announce that among the documentation sent to the SEC as per their request was a copy of the KSW - ENERGOMASH LTD joint venture.

AS well, KSW Industries would like to make it known that the Delaware Corporation known as KSW Energomash is 50% owned by KSW Industries, Inc and 50% by Energomash Ltd and was set up to be the operational arm of the joint venture.

KSW Industries, Inc plans to proceed with all required filings in order to enhance shareholder value.

i fail to see how this is either good/bad news or why it would make the stock move..

I was watching this Friday and when it went to .001, my first thought was someone fat fingered the order. But when it went to .0015 and before it closed it went to .0009, I knew it was no fluke. Maybe this guy comes back and then we can get our money back that we put into this.

Would be nice, my original $1,600+ purchase now worth $285. Couldn't sell at an 83% loss. I have been lower and have come back out with a profit and free shares (GWGO) so why not with this one too!

About time they let us know that the company still exists!!! I think with a few positive PR's we will be over .002. Hell, we might even make a profit on this sucker. They have an excellant process, they just need to sell it to the oil companies and the PPS will be on Mars. GLTA

These bags are getting heavy and would sure like to rid myself of them

They answered, that's all that mattered to me.

I sent a dozen e-mails, and typed it aggressively:)

Good news is they showed they are still breathing.

The only bad is they can't elaborate on what the SEC wants from them.

I'm not as concerned as I was before, considering some dirtbags would just cut and run from stuff like this.


I'm sure we can expect more clarification in the future.
