The Buzz Tramigo product allows consumers to track the location and manage their vehicle with their mobile phone and be notified when unexpected events such as a kidnapping, accident or break-in occur. The Buzz Tramigo product is positioned as the next generation car alarm - silent with features that are useful every day, not just when a theft is attempted. In the near future Buzz will also support personal tracking devices such as GPS enabled phones to further improve the "peace of mind" of customers.
The telematics market is estimated to grow over 800% by 2010 to 27.4 million units per year with majority of the growth in markets outside the US and Western Europe where we have proven track record. Wimax

WiMAX is a standards-based wireless technology that provides high-throughput broadband connections over long distances. WiMAX can be used for a number of applications, including "last mile" broadband connections, hotspots and cellular backhaul, and high-speed enterprise connectivity for business.
A recent survey found that mobile VoIP was more important than data as the leading driver for metro area Wi-Fi deployments – 50% of service providers and prospective hotzone builders questioned said portable voice was either as important as, or more important than, broadband data. A year earlier, fewer than 10% identified voice as a core application on their hotzones. The survey also found that more than 75% of network operators and service providers now have voice identified as a mandatory requirement for new metro Wi-Fi networks.
This will put pressure on hotzone equipment makers such as Tropos and BelAir to optimize their systems for voice and will create a market for mobile softphone applications that Buzz has and still is developing.

Asian Asset IPO Heats Up with the Continued Success of Buzz Technologies

Announces That Asian Assets Corporation Will Purchase 10 Million Shares in the Open Market Jun 12, 2006 10:53:00 AM BANGKOK, Thailand, June 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Buzz Technologies Inc. (OTC: BZTG) today announces that Asian Asset Corporation, a strategic investor in Buzz Technologies, has agreed to purchase in the open market a minimum 10 million shares of Buzz Technologies common stock. Asian Asset Corporation agrees with the management team of Buzz Technologies that its stock is currently undervalued. However before purchase the company would like to clarify some relevant points.
1. Buzz Technologies Inc. is in negotiations with all Thai based broadcasters for the right to repeat their transmissions over the IP/Web network. These negotiations have been positive and Buzz Technologies expects to sign a deal in the coming month. 2.
