RSI is starting to climb back from the 30's. I'd guess we are looking to stablize around .025 myself.

It does tend to jump around quite a bit.
I believe from the past chart the it might dip below .01 here and there but it won't stay below too long. Moves quick.
Rather be in a little too early than too late once this starts out of the gutter.
