Renewable Energy and ARET
TGPC comparison to ARET.
Two days ago,,,,Basically a SHELL (TGPC) Sitting at .12 cents,(Not to different from ARET) .....TGPC had aquisition News involving Biodiesel and KABOOM.A Very Simple Deal was made for the Aquisition.The stock went from .12 Gapped to 1.00 opening price and in two days hit 6.00 a share.No BS either.Check it out below.
In addition the company ARET previously had interests in Renewable Energy before becoming "SHELL" status.As stated on their home page of their Website,"The Company engages in socially responsible development of traditional, alternative, and renewable energy resources and technologies."
Although the NEWS of a pending Merger with an OIL company could send this North of .10 cents,it may be near .10 before the anouncement is made.There are A lot of rumors circling the ARET Wagon right now.
The PPS has had a nice move off it's bottom.(Technical play as well)
I know this all sounds a little bit like "you're dreamin", but,investing in Penny stocks is a game of recognizing value before the crowd/herd shows up,and taking a position for greater gains.I think it's still early here for what may be taking place.I wouldn't hesitate buying at these levels.
A winner for those who bought lower.For those considering buying now I believe it will be a winner as well.Nothing should get you more Excited than to find a stock that allows most Buyers to be Winners!
When is the PPS to High? When is it overbought? You have to make that decision.

I like this stock but the TGPC comparison dont work for me. reason: ARET has 100 times more shares out. they are both good picks actualy!

WESTMINSTER, Colo., June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arete Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ARET - News; Arete) announced today the finalization of the plans for the spin-off shares of Avatar Technology Group Inc. subsidiary (AVT) to its shareholders. ADVERTISEMENT
Arete Industries, Inc. will spin-off its shares of AVT to its shareholders of record as of July 3, 2006. The spin-off will be a dividend of 1 share of AVT for every 975 shares Arete owned on the record date. In addition, there will be no fractional shares or odd lots of AVT issued as a part of this dividend. This means that the minimum number of shares of AVT issued to any shareholder of Arete will be 100. (i.e., 97,500 shares of Arete equal 100 shares of AVT) An information statement is expected to be mailed to the shareholders of record around the 15th day of July 2006. If the shareholder of record wants a stock certificate mailed to them they should contact AVT and make arrangements for the certificate to be mailed. The transfer agent will need to receive $30.00 to process the certificate and mail it. The stock will be unregistered common stock and when AVT completes its registration process with the SEC, it will send out the registered stock certificates. The registration process is expected to take six months or more and AVT plans to start this process in the third quarter of 2006. Charles Gamber CEO of Arete stated, "This dividend completes a part of our plan to reorganize Arete and comply with terms in the letter of intent received last month."

i think this would be a good chance to get those extra shares if you were ever thinking about it in ARET.
Next news is about the merger with the Florida Oil and Gas Company or Renewable Energy Company. That is when the feeding freenzy will start IMO.
