Buzz Technologies, Inc. Signs Agreement With CS LoxInfo and Becomes Internet Service Provider in Thailand

May 15, 2006 12:02:55 (ET)

BANGKOK, Thailand, May 15, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Buzz Technologies Inc. (BZTG, Trade) is pleased to announce it has officially become an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Thailand.

Under a recent agreement with CS LoxInfo ( www.csloxinfo.com ) Buzz Technologies is now officially a national ISP operator within Thailand. Through the agreement Buzz Technologies will now offer Dial Up, Broadband, ADSL and dedicated line connections throughout the country. Buzz infrastructure and support is extensive and by far the largest in Thailand.

CS LoxInfo, is the largest Internet service provider in Thailand, CS LoxInfo Public Company Limited (CSL) reported annual consolidated revenue of Baht 2,321 million ($61,078,947 USD), an increase of 16%, over last year due to the growth in the internet business and the Thailand YellowPages business, earning Baht 1,455 million ($38,289,473 USD) and Baht 866 million, (1,007,671 USD) respectively.

Sutida Suwwunavid said "CS LoxInfo as our IT partner in Thailand opens the doors to a large number of opportunities, and we feel confident that by working closely with them we can cross market our other product to their millions of users."

She went on to add "We are excited by our impressive start, with initial marketing being direct to property developers so that BUZZ comes built into Office buildings and other real estate developments.

Due to our relationship with Asian Asset Corporation (AAC) we will be providing connections to Properties owned and/or controlled by AAC www.asianasset.net and www.leelawadeedevelopments.com. This combined with our current contracts for Wireless and Estate Installations, will create revenue, an estimated Baht 120 million ($3,157,894 USD), from ISP services alone. Each ISP client is then likely to become a client of other Buzz Services.

This will allow us to fund a national roll out of public services without dilution. We would expect to generate revenues of Baht 900 million ($23,684,210 USD) per annum by the 5th year from the ISP portion alone. We feel we can double this figure when considering the add on services Buzz Technologies has to offer. The exciting thing is that all of those estimates do not include the potential revenue from IPTV and VoIP which we feel has the biggest potential."

Pol.Lt.Col. Panitan Sanipet said "Thailand is the first step in our goal to be operational across South East Asia as an ISP by the end of 2008, we will build our administration and expertise in Thailand in order to keep our costs low. We will then finalize our negotiations for an acquisition inside of China in 2007."

The Company sees a growing importance of ISPs as the convergence of technologies which means more and more services will be offered over the web. Communication and entertainment delivery are seen to be the fastest growing of these sectors over all platforms, it is in this field Buzz Technologies Inc. has the advantage of having IPTV, VoIP, Mobile and Fixed line services and software ready and deployable in a number of language interfaces. The ISP also plays a key role in the company's existing and planned services to Mobile Phones and other Mobile Internet Devices.

In the near future you will see our entire business model unfold and we feel that the hard work and amazing accomplishments will be embraced by the investment community.

Buzz Launches VoIP Service and Announces Intentions to Develop a South East Asian Mobile Network
Thursday June 1, 12:21 pm ET

BANGKOK, Thailand, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Buzz Technologies Inc (OTC: BZTG - News) announces the Launch of its VoIP Service.

Buzz Technologies Inc is pleased to announce the launch of its new Softphone and VoIP Service at www.12buzz.com. The service, with calls to the most popular International locations available for $0.01 per minute and free calls to Thailand from anywhere in the world to subscribers, in 2006 is expected to rapidly build a strong subscriber base.

Sutida Suwunnavid said "Our Company is strongly committed to the Telecommunications part of our business, with our VoIP, IPTV, Instant Messenger, ISP and Mobile Products all aimed at delivering World Class communication services. These services will compete directly with traditional carriers for market share. To enhance our business model we are pursuing a number of opportunities in Asia to open our own Buzz Mobile Phone Carrier. We expect to generate revenues of $2 Million USD in VoIP sales and services in the first year."

World wide carrier revenues are predicted to grow from the just under $1.2 trillion in 2005 to over $1.5 trillion in 2010. While the overall compound annual growth rate is 5.9 percent, there are notable regional differences.

North America has the slowest growth rate at 3.9 percent annually, but maintained its position as the region with the largest telecommunications services revenue in 2005. As the most mature telecom services market, North America growth is most dependent on new services such as VoIP and 3G as opposed to subscriber growth... VoIP growth is expected to outperform the balance of the market with 3G services close behind after the release of the next generation cell phones.

The Asia Pacific region is experiencing the highest five-year growth overall, at 9.3 percent, and will be the largest telecommunications revenue producer, overtaking North America by 2007. The sheer size of its underserved population combined with a region wide lack of landline infrastructure is a contributing factor as to why Mobile Networks are overtaking Fixed Line networks; this provides a wealth of business opportunities for the Buzz Suite of Mobile Products.

Pol.Lt.Col. Panitan SANTIPET added "The implementation of Convergent Technology and its delivery has always been the driving force behind Buzz. The VoIP service, the Mobile Instant Messenger and our other 3G products make our own cell phone carrier a natural progression, however this will take sometime, 1 to 2 years at least. Buzz would have to acquire the network and keep its Non Dilution commitment to shareholders. We take that commitment very seriously, and we have the support of Asian Asset LLC to pursue an acquisition in the Carrier field that would be debt funded."
