CirTran Corporation (OTC BB: CIRT), an international full-service contract manufacturer, marketer and distributor of IT, consumer and consumer electronics products, today announced that Diverse Media Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of CirTran and a Direct Entertainment(TM) firm specializing in multi-channel product marketing and distribution, has signed an agreement with Discus Dental, the world's largest direct dental manufacturer, wherein DMG will market Discus Dental's popular BreathRx product to major retailers nationwide, including Wal-Mart stores. The agreement, signed October 1, 2006, will continue until canceled by either party, and under terms of the agreement, DMG is entitled to a commission of 3% on all BreathRx sales arranged by DMG.
Discus Dental is a specialist in aesthetic dentistry, including products for whitening and restoration and other pharmaceuticals. Discus Dental has more than 50% market share of professional whitening and recently acquired the Brite Smile line of products. Discus Dental serves more than 100,000 dentists worldwide, with annual sales exceeding $150MM. The product is endorsed by 96,000 dental hygienists nationwide and the spokesman for the product is Dr. Bill Dorfman. The clinically proven three-step BreathRx system is a therapy, not a cover-up, with the active ingredient, Zytex(R), which continues to work for hours after using the system, breaking the bad breath cycle. The product is currently available in more than 20,000 retail locations, and under this agreement, the world's largest retailer will be targeted for mass distribution.
Iehab J. Hawatmeh, CirTran's chief executive officer, commented, "Consumer reaction to the innovative BreathRx product, both from national television advertising and national print ads, has been exceptional, and we look forward to introducing this product to the world's largest and most successful retailers. We are confident in our ability to leverage our relationships with national retailers, and our expertise with direct marketing to consumers, to drive additional sales for the BreathRx product line. While we agreed to a lower than normal commission rate on this product compared to other agreements, we believe the higher sales volume and the long-term agreement provide DMG with significant revenue potential based on our anticipated success."

Paul, Who cares? Your comment does nothing for the thread, just your newbie opinion.
I saw the news, saw the L2s (which you are still learning), played the trade, and now I made enough to pay my utilities for the month.
You don't gain fans bashing picks. Also everyone knows you are an extreme newbie, 9 out of 10 pennies are going down anyway. I could post on every thread you start and say it is going to drop and 90% of the time I'd be right.
You might learn more by asking people what they saw to make them buy. Had you come on this thread and asked when I bought, I would have explained it, and shown the screen shots of the L2s to determine by buy and sell point.

600M+ shares which no doubt all the 'family" in Utah owns 70%, and message gets out "hey cuz, get ready to dump some, she's going green today" lol Utah, I broke my rule and lost again. I'm might be a newbie, but I've made some good predictions last moneth. One of which was that ETIM was going to low teens if not lower, which it did. This is going low, trust me. Bye bye I'm not looking for any trouble, but ssems you are. so lets chill and give our opinions. You can say I disagree and leave it at that. No need for flaming.

Lets see squire says "i bought in took my profits and sold" I was expecting he had posted a good runner. Seems gotta do the DD, or I'll lose. Broke 2 rules and lost. Over 300M shares, state of Utah.
I need to stick with my new stradegy. If I see a good AM bull run posted here, get in and get out.
I used unsettled funds so have to wait 3 days to sell at which point it will be in low teens. A 40% loss by Monady. Maybe 50%.
Only went in with 1K. I'll take the hit and move on,. no compalints here.

Paul, What I get upset about is you offer no validation on your "predictions". I use that term loosely since my 9 year old can predict that a penny will drop in price. Hell, most of my plays are dead cap bounces anyway and only good for 10-20%.
If you think it will go down, back it up. Something like: CIRT will go lower because they have a SB-2 outstanding from 9/23/2005 so they can still dump 100 million shares.
At least then we all get something productive out of your post. Bring something valid to the thread like StockTrader22 did on the MSMAW thread. I respect him even though I didn't agree with him. He brought the filings to the table. I admit I have a low IQ, so I can't understand the leagalize he is able to read. Regardless, he backup why he didn't like the play. Luckily for me I protected my capital and I am still up. I believe st22 made money on MSMAW, but like we say don't hold them flip them.
Instead of harping on all your predictions of stocks dropping, impress us by posting a play before it happens. One you discovered due to DD or scanning.

Uh, yeah. That is exactly what I did. Read the thread, no posts from me after about 8:50. I sold. I took my 20% and moved on. Well, to further your education, this is what I did as exactly as I can remember. I scanned the news, bought it fast. See the T&S, I was one of the ones in at 0.0175. I watched the L2s as I did DD, saw the wall, sold (luckily) on the ask. Then I moved on, see SFLK on the "Over 0.11 board".
These are pennies. You'll do better sanitywise getting 10-20% or so, then holding on for a multi-bagger.
I'm sorry you lost, it is all in the timing.
You will not see me say hold a stock. I might hold, once I flip enough times to get my capital out, or if it is trending up see my MBIR thread.

All I'm giving is my opinion. I have no plans to back up my predictions with DD. Just watch it, low teens by next week. Now if you read me as saying its a POS, thats your interpretation of my opinion. The stocks I post do not have huge 50% drops. I'll sure to be very careful in 07. meaning that like another poster who only plays 15%+ of his acct in micros. I best follow the same. Hard lesson, but certainly one well learned. btw if you like this co so much, how many shares do you actually own?
It traded 6M today, so I'm not the only one who lost money. Others have margins and can get out quickly. I have to suufer this thing til monday and dump in the low reens, maybe .012. Watch and see. She'll never see above .02 for a very long time to come.

Newbie prediction. My 9 years just predicted the same, except he said all pennies. He'll be 90% right too. Beside I think all pennies are POS. Thus the reason I trade pennies.

You missed my post in the above 11 cent. I quoted 4, but have others that will do well to very well in early 07. IOW you won't lose half your money as in CIRT. I got sucked in, its all my fault. But I'd never post a co like this. You did. Its a POS.

Paul, this is my last post, since you fail to understand they are ALL POS. You just bought at the wrong time, sorry. You definately have a different trading style then I do.

As you say lets end this discussion but last thing. Notice my topic on HOGC, where i posted it was at .02, everyone had an opportunity to jump in the low 2's and 2 days later jumped to as high as 4 cents, with a 30 minute window to dump at .04, then of course it fell back to 3's and then low 2's where it is now. So one had an opportunity to make some money or at least breakeven. that was one of my picks. Just thought I'd set the record straight.

ahh so thats why the price has not dropped to lower levels. I was trying to figure that out. well now an $18K buy might be 'insider support'...if you know what I mean. I still have to wait til monday to sell.

You're not improving your situation or adding to the DD or discussion of this pick. Please move on to all your own wonderfull picks.
Back to CIRT though, another UT and it is now at 0.019. One MM away from 0.020, which I believe someone stated we would not see for a very long time.

man look , I'll be honest, I only have $500 bought in each acct and pd .021, so i'm near breakeven. All I wqant out of this on monday is .022, the extra tick to pay the $20 scottrade fee (each acct) If she goes up, I'll lay off the posts and take advice to listen more talk less. But i tell you I see something setting up for ETIM and MENV. I swear it there's something going on in those 2 charts. Disclaimer I have good position in one , the other smaller.
