Hop-on to Introduce New GSM Phone Model HOP1884

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 2006--Hop-on Inc. (OTC:HPNN) today announced that it will introduce an entry-level-priced tri-band (900/1800/1900 MHz) GSM phone. The new GSM model 1884 will be similar in technology to the extremely popular HOP1806 that sold over 500K pieces worldwide. While targeted to be an inexpensive GSM candy bar phone in the marketplace, Hop-on's Model 1884 is no lightweight in terms of features. The ultra-thin, stylish and compact design with internal antenna includes features such as a 128 x 64 LCD display with color backlight, predictive text input, SMS messaging, vibration call alert and a 250-entry phone book. Languages available are English, Spanish, Portuguese, French or German. (http://www.hop-on.com/hop1884.html).

Samuel Demissie, president of Hop-on, commented: "We are very excited about introducing the new HOP1884 GSM model. Based on consumer acceptance of this great-looking design and the affordable price point, we look forward to showing to customers in our target markets of North America, South America and Europe."

Our Chitter Chatter Kid's Phone was extremely well received at the 2006 CES Show in Las Vegas and a lot of retailers expressed a strong interest in carrying it. However, the challenge is to have engineers design a cell phone that is small enough for children to wear on their wrist and meet the carriers' requirements of quality and integrity. We are fine tuning the 850 MHz frequency that would work in the North and South Americas, but have been experiencing difficulties in perfecting, which we hope will be resolved soon.

As new phones are introduced into the market place several phones are being discontinued. Although the HOP1893, the Blade and the GSM Fixed Wireless phones were well received, they did not create the interest necessary to go into mass production mode.

For sales inquiries or more information on this model and the rest of Hop-on's product line, please contact Hop-on's sales office at 949-756-9008 or go to http://www.hop-on.com.

This stock likes to reverse split when their numbers get too low. They constantly PR new models but never post actual sales of same. Buyer beware.
