its come to my attention some people are losing money on some of there plays and they are still holding. A piece of advice, when u buy momentum stocks(what i play) once the momoentum is gone you sell, even if it means u take a loss because usually they are going to continue to go down.
Also remmember there are always other plays never chase unless u did ur dd and are sure it has more room to run.
another thing is if u want to do penny stocks u NEED (and i cant stress the word NEED more) level 2 quotes and if u want to do pink exchanges then get level 2 for pinks also. Reason being sometimes the spreads for bid and ask are so far apart, especially on pinks as high as 100%, that sometimes emotions kick in and u do a market order(cause u want to get part of this 100% stock gain already) without even looking at level 2 and now just put your order and bought the stock at .10 and the last buy was at .05 and u thought u would get in there...well will level 2 quotes this wont happen cause u can always see the bid and ask and how many mms on each side and at what price...this is vital and i cant stress level 2 quotes enough!
anyways this post is already long enough and i am getting so many pms and questions and stuff and my hand seriously is messed up from typing that i cant handle it anymore lol, so if u guys want to know the plays i am looking at or ask me about a certain play or just learn alittle bit more about how the penny stock market works, or who is my pick to win the stanly cup, ir if i am single, or whatever u want to ask, please add me on either msn or yahoo, but i really prefer msn cause i just got yahoo and still elarning how to use it and dont like it right now lol

np juice i got into some of your plays and i did awsome this week too i took big checks out my account twice already and now this weekend i can have shopping spree on ebay

I'm glad the weekend is here but please don't bring up the NHL playoffs I'm a Flyers fan and i've never seen a team get beaten that bad in an elimination game especially at home

i just looked at after i logged on to yahoo and yeah it looks good not in yet cause i never got to alert until after the market but i am watching for monday
probably the best week i have ever had in a while too, but do u remmmeber a guy named the phantom? that guy helped me out so much in about 1999 and 2000 when i was still just learning about pennies he helped me make so much money wow like what i made this week he used to help me make in 1 day sometimes 1 hours, i even dropped out of school for a semester, but then sadly lost all my money and then some a few monthes later...anyways what i am trying to say is anyone here familiar with a guy named PHANTOM he usesd to trade in 1999 and 2000 aorund that time and he had email alerts
oh yeah and congrats matto i still have a feeling we will have better weeks next week!

true dat juice...but dont feel bad about ur flyers cause iam a HUGE blues fan since i was 5 and ever since i have been alive they have made the playoffs every ingle year this is the first year they never made it(let alone ending in last place in the whole nhl!) now lets do some math, they make it every year that i have been alive and this is the first year they miss the playoffs....hmmmm what does this is equal???
so juice i think i am them one who should shut my mouth about the nhl

juice i saw VNBL it looks good i had my order for some in 2 days ago but never got filled and didnt want to chase
anyways u are rght about the draft pick i wouldnt mind another crosby or ovethckin on the blues...i really hope they take eric stalls brother, here is #2 in scouting but if he is like eric stall like some are saying i wouldnt mind the blues taking him as there first pick!

Just wanted to say thanks SUPERMAN7. I've been trading for over two years and have never had a day trade. Everytime I would buy a stock I would be stuck in it for at least a week. THIS WEEK THANKS TO YOU AND MY REALISTIC EXIT POINTS I HAD TWO DAY TRADES. One 70% profit the other 50%.

this has been a great week for me too. That PGPM call was genius and i got in when it was a penny. Should have waited longer to sell it, but you can't complain about 800% gain.
We should keep finding oil plays, theres been a LOT of successful ones this week.

I am new to this board and to the game. I have been reading all of your posts and it has really helped me learn a lot. Superman, thanks for the great week, it was very fun and a great learning experience. I do have one question that I would really like some of the more experienced day traders input on. At what point do you tell yourself that enough is enough and it is time to accept your loss and get out? 20%, 50%, or are there some tell tale signs that you look for?

i am just getting ready to go to a club and party a bit, its 11 pm right now and i am getting late as my friends are waiting for me and yet i still quickly came here to read the threads and i have read every single post on this thread and i just want to say thanks so much for the good words.
I must admit i do go on another board or 2 at times but this is definatly home for me i cant even call those boards a hotel as i just go there to visit but never stay the night!
This board is awsome!! I started here a while ago but never posted, never even had a user id, all i did was read and learn then slowly i started posting and asking some questions and learned some more, then i started investing...lost everything and my gf at the time to boot,all because i thought i knew everything and cause it worked on paper, i did good at the start but then let my emotions kick in and i got into alot of stupid plays and gruop plays just to mention a few dumb things i did.. i was stressed out, but i started paper trading again and then slowly getting back into penny stocks with my work and selling from ebay money and listened and learned as much as i can and now 8 years later i am where i am now and have done real well and have made alot more money then i have ever lost in the penny stock market. Anyways to make a long story short never give up and take it slowly, start with paper trading and learn as much as u can by reading posts and asking questions, and the key is remmember there is always other plays out there..SO DONT CHASE!!
Anyways my friends are honking outside and i better run as i am feeling lucky tonight lol

great advice for people just getting into the penny world. chasing stocks is probably the biggest mistake that i made at first. Ive only been playing pennies for 6 months now, but have learned a lot.. much more to learn too. I also got killed early on, lost like 65% of my portfoilio. i have gotten that money back, but it has'nt been easy. anyway, great advice for newbies and anyone else, superman.

thanks cactus, yeah there is so much to learn. in my 8 years i have learned maybe 5% of what there is to learn out there, so yeah still learning all i can and this board definatly helps me more then any other board i have even been on

I agree, especially about chasing stocks. the problem is that when your new you dont always catch the stock before or at the beginning of a run, then by the time you get your buy in your already chasing a bit. I find emotion plays alot in the beginning too.
