MISSOULA, Mont., Apr 28, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Integrated Technology Group Inc., ticker symbol (OTC:ITGI), announced that its management has executed a letter of intent to acquire all the issued and outstanding capital stock of Knight Energy Corp. (Knight) based in Coppell, Texas.
Knight Energy Corp. (Knight) is a holding company that operates and develops energy related businesses and assets. In March of 2006, Knight acquired a 75% equity interest in an independent oil and gas services company that owns an executed lease agreement among other assets in Stephens County, Texas. The lease agreement contains approximately 160 acres that include four producing natural gas wells. Stephens County has been a successful producer of oil and gas over the last fifty years.
Knight also purchased and is managing its own drilling rig that will be used to drill additional wells on the current leased property as well as other potential properties that Knight is reviewing for consideration.
Knight is currently reviewing further acquisitions and investments in the oil and gas industry as well as other energy related businesses and assets. For further information please contact:

lol, I missed it, too--in fact, haven't looked at it, yet..
My point is *if* it was legit play--and some of these apparent multi-baggers are not, due to volume/liquidity/spread, etc--we should not be letting these slip through.
I posted about CYBR, the night before it ran 200+ % BUT only later realized there was a thread for it...and I read lottssa threads.
Am suggesting we need to be more organized. AM NOT suggesting "group plays." lol, anybody that has seen my posts over the past year knows I HATE frontloading groups that burn newbs. However, we could be better about catching these potential big-runs in the early stages...

ok guys, since we are out of .ooo1 land for the moment.... might want to look at NNGY.....have been playing this between low of .12 and high of .24 and done well....can not say what is in the future ...look at charts...has worked so far...

Seriously, have not looked at it, fellas...
group-gropes are fairly easy to spot. For one, the group almost always makes a pitch here, cuz of our "views." Also, the chart is revealing re suspicious "spikes" and then there's T&S reports...

lol, cain't ignore it...but it for sure could be a flash in the pan. A spectacular flash--will give you that--but anything that shows up so out-of-leftfield? could easily drop back to the depths from whence it came...
