PDPR, A must read link and information! This could be big? Question is buy now at these low prices or wait until Nov. 30th?
Any thoughts on PDPR, being purchased by Marathon Health Group Corporation?

I wouldn't touch it. Buy now, you will be apart of the 1:10 RS.

I would wait to see how it plays out after the RS.

PDPR 0.0003 alert. Allot is going going to happen on the 30th. It could be not great news
with the R/S and justify selling at these prices? But on the other hand, it is sounding more like a good acquisition / merger and we may be sorry when it runs up quickly? A very tough call at this point.
More news to come 1st to 2nd week in December to clarify everything? Again, not sure how good the news will be coming in the next 2-3 weeks and on November 30th? But is worth buying at 0.0003!!!

Big news and happenings about to happen despite a coming R/S.
Company To Approve a Share Exchange Agreement and Spin-Off Agreement. It is expected that the Company and Marathon Health Care (“Marathon”) will enter into a Share Exchange Agreement. Date to occur 11-30-2009. Should be hearing something soon.
I am hoping for the best as a current shareholder who bought more shares at these low prices! But this could also be risky....?
