Filed their 10K today. Didn't appear to be any worse than most penny's 10K's. Let's face it, they are all loaded with negatives and things we can find to put us off a stock. The 10K seemed more like an excuse for the MM's to drop the price far enough to set off panic selling.
Tried to buy at .005, but could not fill, would have loved to. At .005, I think EPYH is a steal, and still a good deal at .006. Could go lower, but it will come back.

You know what, I just signed up for MicroCapTrade today, and was playing around with some of the filters, and this one came up.. and so did CCGI..
I've yet to look much further into them, but I'm delighted to see you post both of these, as it may be telling me that I'm looking in a decent direction for picks.

I managed to get in yesterday at .005. Had a decent day today, HOD .007, closed .0065.

Just can't please everyone 10of13. Give 'em a 40% profit and they give ya red fag. Drew him a picture, buy at .005, must have forget to tell him to sell at .007 though. .007 - .005 = .002 / .005 = 40%. There's probably more in it than that too.

Be sure to look for any thread with UHV in it. Then tell red flag man I stand on my record. Why in God's name would anyone crap on a 40% gainer, especially AFTER the fact? Had CCGI yesterday for 100%, they have a PA address and are incorporated in DE. OMG! BIG RED FLAG !!! Incorporated in DE, PA address. SELL !! SELL !! SELL !!

After reading the 10k, think I would run away and not look back-
ITEM 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
(a) Business Development.
Empyrean Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Company"), was originally organized on April 30, 1998 as Fuji International, Inc.; the name was changed on December 28, 1998 to Direction Technologies, Inc. In March of 2001, Direction Technologies, Inc. merged with Empyrean Communications, Inc., and the name was changed to Empyrean Communications, Inc.
Following approval obtained at the Special shareholders' meeting held on January 5, 2005, the company's name was changed to Empyrean Holdings, Inc. effective January 25, 2005. The new name was adopted to more accurately reflect the company's revised business plan and future direction.
The business office of the company is located in an Executive Suite managed by a well known national company, Corporate Office Centers (COC), at 11200 Westheimer Rd., Suite 900, Houston Texas 77042. Currently, the Company has no employees but services for basic office requirements are obtained from COC. The Company anticipates venturing into other businesses and is currently considering participating in real estate development projects with an affiliate, United Construction Group (UCG). Though there is no guarantee at this stage that such projects can be finalized with UCG, management feels that the chances are promising and every effort is being made to achieve this objective. It is also expected that participation in these projects will assist the company in raising capital to fund its operations and further diversify its holdings. Hopefully, this will produce a direct and tangible benefit to the Company in the future.
(b) Business of Issuer.
Presently, Empyrean Holdings, Inc. has no ongoing business operations. The condominium in Key West, FL obtained through the acquisition of Tradewinds International Corp. in April 2005 was lost through foreclosure action taken by the previous owner and mortgagee on December 20, 2005. This foreclosure resulted directly from the concealment of the company's real estate consultant on whether actual payments on the debt were being made. On the discovery of this concealment the services of the consultant was immediately terminated but unfortunately the Order of foreclosure had been entered and there was insufficient opportunity to refinance the debt.

OK stocktrader20. It is after the fact. Alerted at .005, HOD today showed a 40% gain even with an ugly 10k. What aren't you guys understanding? It already happened. Do you hold these pennies in you 401K for retirement or get in and get out with REASONABLE profit. If you waited for a sterling or even good looking 10K to invest in penny stocks you would be buying about 3 stocks a year. What Will is saying...is that you get in and then get out of these stocks...you take a profit and leave...you don't have to do so much DD that your eyes hurt...not unless you are planning on holding for a while...and with "most" of the pennies...get in, ride it up a few ticks..get out at 30-50%...but after the fact to point out the bad filings and where they are located...doesn't matter...you are suppose to be out with your profits...

Let me tell you exactly what they did with SCRH after that "good news" that CEO and others related to the company were indicted for tax fraud. It was .008, they dropped it quickly to .0075, and over the course of next three days they ran it to .0135, or an 80% profit from the .0075 take down price. These are PENNIES. There is good reason for them trading at .01 and below, they are CRAP. A lot of them have no ongoing business, or products. Imo, they're not even real companies. This is an all day horse race and the MM's know what horse is gonna win the race before it even starts. If you're looking for an investment, or quality, don't bother looking at pennies.

Well, we had some activity again today. Nothing heart pounding. They did have the Bid/Ask at .007/.0075 for a time. This one isn't gonna make you rich, but it will make you some profit.

They drooped to .005 again Friday. Hope it wasn't taken as a sign of doom and gloom as opposed to an opportunity to take advantage of the generosity to get in again cheap.
