ATWT falls under the pinksheet quotation pilot program, letters A-D! Quoted in .0005 increments which creates a wide spread, unfortunately!!! eom
But you can easily buy and sell this between the bid and ask. This one is going to make a serious run at a penny here soon imo. I wouldn't be suprised if it saw two or three pennies.
