I have been following this for about 6 months...and PBLS seems to have oodles of stuff going for it..but it just hasn't done a darn thing...seems something is holding it back...just haven't quite figured out if it is the MM's or if there is some kind of Dilution...don't know....

Already a good thread for PBLS. They already have oil wells producing in KY and have leases in TN, WY, and NV. As far as dilution-yes there is some dilution as stated in PRS dated last year. The dilution is in the form of restricted and preferred shares for acquisitions. The authorized share count is 997 million. I speculate that the current OS is approximately 800 million and that includes the 3 acquisitions that should finalize before months end. The gravel pit they have is currently being used to rebuild the levees in New Orleans area. 10-K is supposed to be available for viewing no later than the end of June 2006 and the IR person told me that he expects the 10-k to be released by the end of May, but with the acquisitions finalizing by the end of April I think it may be pushed back to the end of June which was previously PR'd.
