Volume is up sharply, about four times average. Price is at a 52 week low. Will it go lower? Perhaps, but I see it rebounding quickly if it does, and also see it as a good thing if it does.
O/S : The number of shares of common stock outstanding as of November 11, 2005 was 353,879,220 ( Don't like that they're late with their 10K, but it isn't unusual).
Don't like seeing that, and puts some additional risk in the stuation, but I have seen them go for gains with an equal amount or greater dilution hanging open.
