I can't find anything filed with SEC Is this not necessary before a split? What a joke.

Isn't it necessary for them to file intent to reverse split with SEC. I can find no such filing.

It was filed a long time ago. Remember seeing it and psoting it on old ADDI thread, Maybe as long as 3 / 4, months ago.

Here's an old DEF 14C. There might have been a mention of this previous to this filing. This was filed 1/9/06. A few months ago.

R/S is mentioned there. The link for the filing
I think was from pinksheets, and it will appear agian after they have reset their information to accommodate the changes when the R/S is completed.

Some of these old threads have a wealth of information in them. It might be prudent to investigate them in future DD.
