You may be right but my pattern is to pull out of every stock possible before the 10k hits. I've lost too much money thinking a 10k was going to be great only to have a few negative surprises on the 10k.
Just my experience, very few of these companies have good 10k.

the ceo bought 7.5 million shares about six weeks ago, around the same time information was submitted for the 10k

Hope it works for you. I was in this when they gave out a dividend via shares.

Also hurricane season is approching. That also usually causes this to run a little. May want to think of EPYH as a mid to long term hold.
