Does anyone know how to vote on their proxy. I have my proxy, but I did not vote yet as I have no idea if I should accept their proposal.

well this news lasted like 3 seconds. a very quick up and then down. I feel sorry for those who bought at the top today. There were 2 tops today. .0039. I hope this goes up, as I too own the stock however, even with todays news I see no reason for a penny anytime soon. Two years ago this stock was .15.

SEIH looking for some follow through this morning on that news. It appears that the mm's brought it down late so they could get a bigger gain today ....
