It's a safari Joe . An all out hunting expedition to bag the big one . We can search long into the nights through the internet jungle of information fearlessly researching the pennies for the mightiest of undervalued stocks . All willing can join in and help ......Be not afraid as you are with the mighty " Intimatrader " . We may snag a panther or two ....on the way ......but what we really want is the sabertooth of stocks . It's out there Joe ....I know it ....I can feel it ....It's laughing at those that overlook it . It hides under the bashers trashy misguided post . It taunts us to find it before " real actual undisputed news " destroys our chance to get in SUPER LOW .

IT"S OUT THERE ....I KNOW IT ! [Eek!] [Big Grin] [Cool]

The most undervalued penny stock right now is LFWK , do your homework, check the thread

1.if this company closed overnite and sold, its' real estate holdings are currently valued at $50 million + being VERY conservative/ which makes their current stock value at .35+ conservatively now, but it is trading at .03 and their current market cap is about $5.18 million

2. they are the only penny stock that self insures against naked shorters

3. Insiders hold the majority of an already low o/s count, and has a EXTREMELY LOW FLOAT

4. they are implementing a dividend program
( a penny stock..you gotta be kidding)

There you go Intimatrader...the hunt is over

good luck

***do your homework**

NASHVILLE, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 6, 2006 -- LoftWerk's (Other OTC:LFWK.PK - News) CEO Dennis Ammerman reiterated today that anyone planning to flout LFWK stock in a shorting position would do so while bearing the full brunt of every available resource aimed to render them mute. "The small exchanges are plagued by this ludicrous and even perilous frenzy of negative influence," said Ammerman. "They've made a mistake this time; one that will cost them a great deal, and open the door to companies that rely solely on public market funding to reclaim their rightful roles of benefactor and driving force of true and accountable shareholder value."

The stock holdings of LFWK insiders currently exceed the number of outstanding shares that the company has issued to date. CEO Dennis Ammerman reiterates, "We must work to squeeze these people out of the way. We will work harder and smarter to put this behind us permanently, and get on with the business of growing businesses and not mounds of stock certificates.

"We are not sure how LFWK stock trades tens of millions of shares each day when our own insiders own millions of shares more than the outstanding shares issued; however, our focus must remain that of commercial viability and not equity market predilections if we are to truly benefit our shareholders and complete the merger with Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD., the primary distribution arm of Consultech Construction Management, Inc. Midwest operations, as planned," said Ammerman.

Sulja Brothers will serve as the centralized and primary distributor of materials for all future projects. A twenty-four year old business, Sulja Bros. has achieved steadily increasing revenues since its inception and now averages over $30M annually. The company also currently has assets totaling more than $25M. It is projected that once Sulja Bros. settles into its new role, revenues could reach the $200M+ within twenty-four months. The increased inventory alone could place the company's assets at over $125M.

***this is one of the few penny stocks you don't have to worry about everday if your gonna get wacked, you can go out of town to a secluded island for 3 months with no worries on this one IMO***

no.......
i just bought on thursday..has been on my radar ...and felt the price was a bargain under .03, and was able to find a dip even lower

by the end of april the price should support .05 easily and most likely will support .10+ while continuing to rise slow and steadily

IMO

all pennys are high risk, but let me own a stock with true real assets (like real estate),and it takes alot of guess work out of things

IMO

If you don't get in monday or tuesday you will probably pay more, they are ready to finite the dividend news, the merger, and 1st quarter income news.....nothing but UPSIDE to this one
and i held USXP from 2001 until its recent runup and trust me this company is worth way more than usxp ( hmmmmmmmmmm usxp market cap 81.2 million b.s, lfwk market cap 5.1 million also b.s)

which would you rather go long on

if usxp gets to to .04 again like it did, do you really think they are quarter BILLION dollar company...HELL NO !!!!!!

on the other hand LFWK's current valuation is just the extreme opposite, way undervalued

i'm not pumping ...just trying to shed some light on the obvious...i don't care if anyone on allstock.com buys this company ...i know it will still go up big !!!!!

IMO

I'm in for just a little, thought I would play devil's advocate on this one. Tough to do. They started with less than 200Msh par .001, then added 300M (see below). No big deal there. I killed my sell order to pay for the entertainment on this one and ride out any R/S.

Wonder what the R/S plans are now... still tied to the Consultech agreement and up-listing? No mention of R/S in March PRs.

---------
LoftWerks, Inc. Increases Authorized Shares: Anticipates Consultech Inc. Merger - Monday February 6, 1:34 pm ET

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060206/0108794.html

"...increasing its number of authorized shares by 300,000,000..." AND "...we feel that 'dilution is the solution'..." AND "...Ammerman further explained that this authorization has been done in anticipation of a future reverse stock split, which will be announced well in advance and according to the best interests of all shareholders."
-------------

Pinko sheets has pulled LFWK quote for our own good. Without doubt, we all need to be protected from pinko sheets.

From everything I've been reading (on other boards) is that they will not be doing a reverse split.

Also, a question about reverse splits... it's says it would be announced well in advance. Does that mean that you would be able to sell your stock before the split took place or not?

Best bet--wait until after the reverse split--most likely the price will drop. Then if you decide you still want to invest in the company, pick up your shares then. It makes no sense to buy here when a reverse split is imminent. IMO

Well, that's the big if with this one... a one-line mention in one PR, sandwiched between dozens of PRs with no mention of it. I don't visit too many boards, are the 'no RS sources' trustworthy? Can we believe Ammerman? Put into context with the other PRs, this one made me think it was written by his evil twin.

One PR stating no RS would remove my last doubt about what I am seeing. Either Ammerman is honest or pumpers are hard at work to get one more penny before the RS.

Pinko sheets is telling. Company info page was not updated or info was removed. LFWK has provided the info. Go to filings page to see it.

R/S is not always a bad thing when tied to a change that will support it. However, if the 'captured capital' saga is true, they should have to forward split or no split to get a boost from this merger.

Even so, what would RS factor be? 1 for 2? 2 for 5? It doesn't seem worth the expense to do it.

I'm making myself dizzy arguing with myself on this. I'll stay in to look for any new MM tricks, I'm sure they have some I haven't seen yet.

Creator, you can always get out at bid, but be quick.

All my money is in RSHN. Does anyone think it would be wise to sell some shares to buy LFWK before Wed??
or how about JPHC instead? or both?
Ive been reading both JPHC and LFWK could go way up soon, although so can RSHN.
SO what should I do? plz help a poor soul.

What you should do, is never let anyone tell you where to put your money.

Darvas says that there is no reason to sell a stock that is still going up. If you sell a winner you may get into a loser, who knows. You could take out an amount that would make the rest of your RSHN holdings free shares.

Rshn is good to keep for now ....But probably wise to watch jphc, vwkm & lfwk . But if there is a good chance of a reverse split on lfwk then the time to buy it is after the split .

Penny for your thoughts
