Norman Pearson currently is the acting president of Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. which just signed a 48-month contract with DKGR for general corporate, administrative, technical, and other full service management and operational services as well as first right to refusal on over 10 projects located in areas throughout the United States along popular trends in Arizona, Oregon and Alaska; locations throughout Canada in British Columbia and the Yukon Territories; and other properties in the popular gold districts of Northern Mexico.
Mr. Pearson has over 30 years of experience and has performed exploration and development of precious metals in Canada, United States, Venezuela, Africa and Russia and has set up mines on four continents: Asia, South America, Africa, and North America. He has been a miner for over 3 decades and has worked on more than 70 properties.
He grew up in his family's structural steel business and holds a patent on a gold recovery machine for placer or free gold mining, "The Pearson Rock Box." He has manufactured and sold 42 units between 1979-1998 and he helped develop the "The Derocker." He manufactured and sold 45 units between 1981-1998. The machines were sold worldwide to majors such as PlacerDome.
Mr. Pearson started mining design, supply and erection of structural steel in 1962 for: Endako Mines, Similkimince Mines, Brenda Mines, Gilbralter Mines and Kitsault mines. By 1979 he was a placer mining consultant and CEO of Pearson Mining Equipment Ltd. and managed a placer mining operation at Churn Creek, BC.
From 1980 to 1982 he managed a placer mining operation at Clear Creek, Yukon. In 1983 he performed exploration on a hard rock mining operation on Vancouver Island, BC. Started a successful mining operation in California, US in 1984. Moved to Likely, BC to manage another placer mining operation in 1985. Managed a placer mining operation in Mexico for most of 1986. Throughout 1987-1989 he operated placer mining at Manson Creek, BC.
Then he headed for Mali, West Africa to work as a consultant for Trans African Mining Co. from 1989-1990. From 1992-1994 he was the project manager for Naxos Resources Ltd. In Venezuela, South America, acquired property and financing and set up operation producing diamonds and gold. With another diversified move he headed to Tajikistan to perform as project manager for Gulf International Minerals Inc. between 1995-1998. Operated another placer mining operation in Nevada during 2000-2001. Currently operating TGR solely for the development of the Drake Gold Resources Inc. and is ready to begin operations on several properties the management company has outlined for DKGR.
Rich Biscan, Venture and Finance Consultant
Currently Richard Biscan holds the position as President and CEO of American Stellar Energy Inc., a successful junior mining venture. He has managed the company from a shell platform and has built up shareholder value over 500% to date by adding real assets to the company. That company is a precious metal exploration and development company, which is already producing gold and silver from its recently acquired properties. Previously, Mr. Biscan has worked for over 8 years with various public companies in the areas of business consulting, structuring, mergers and acquisitions and finance. Drake Gold Resources Inc. Signed First Letter of Intent Business Editors
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2006-- Drake Gold Resources, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:DKGR) is pleased to announce that we have signed a Letter of Intent on 1280-acres south of the famous Commonwealth Mine that is located in the Dragoon Range in a poplar Arizonan mining district.
The section of property that we plan to be our first acquisition is a combination of gold, and silver. There are recent discoveries and current operations in surrounding areas North, South, East, and West of this property. Beneficially the property has access to water and electric already, which will hasten the time to set up operations.
The 1280 acres is just north of the historical Courtland/Gleeson District, which is in Cochise County, AZ. The Commonwealth Mine just north of this section was active during 1895 till 1942 and sporadically had operations during economical years, until 1994. Workings include a shaft(s), which produced over 1,000,000 tons of ore.
The Commonwealth Mine was said to be one of the richest mines ever found in Arizona in the early 1900's, producing over 15 million dollars in Gold at prices between the years of 1895-1942. (Gold Prices have ranged from where gold was just $20 before 1930 to a high on January 21, 1980 of $850).
Depending on further trend studies Drake Gold Resources, Inc. will be able to determine continued plans for acquisition with other properties that Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. (TGR) has mineral rights too which are surrounding the current purposed 1280-acre section. After initial sampling and testing is completed we will be able to establish potential trends and estimated ounces.
Most recently, General Minerals Corporation and BHP Billiton signed a Letter and Intent in early 2005 and completed a joint venture on Dragoon Copper Hill property in Arizona a copper and molybdenum rich area which is just to the West of this property.

I've been in contact with Clayton from Novak Capital. He mentioned to me that test which have been done in the surrounding areas have been "Great". What does this mean for share holders of DKGR? I would guess that the land which makes up Drake Gold may indeed have ounces and ounces of gold. Clayton mentioned to me that the land may have as little as 100k ounces, and as much as 340k based on test which have been done on the surrounding areas. Along with the fact that the cost to mine 1 ounce of gold is around 100 dollars. That would make Drake Gold owners around 490 dollars profit per ounce that they are able to mine. I have taken position in this stock at .0085 avg for exactly 1,450,000 shares. Once the amount of gold found in this land is confirmed assuming that it is atleast 100k ounces that would make DKGR value per share around .095

I'm in at .013. Strong close at 13 is crucial, which we just got and then some.
What does that mean? It means the price is above the top bollinger, 20/50/100 and 200 MA. That is a lot of support under us especially since it bounced hard off the 100.
Next resistance levels are at 16, 19 and 21. I don't see the 16 resistance as too difficult to break. The volume on the 16 day was lower than today. With increasing volume I can see it breaking through 16 easily. Even if that doesn't happen, anyone holding DKGR right now should be able to pull 15-25% out of the play.
Also look at the strong MACD and CMF. MACD has a strong upturn looking to cross the zero line which will draw attention. THE CMF has been uptrending for several days now which means accumulation. It hasn't passed .02 on the green side yet meaning this should have plenty of room to go and accumulate. RSI is obviously upturning. I don't care so much for the RSI and %R in charts though. Just there to help confirm if need be.

MACD histogram looks good too. I'm looking for 30%+ right now from my position at 13.
