Some of you all might want to look at SFTV.
SFTV Closed today at .0065. I bought this stock today at .0061. It ran between .005 and .0079. Looks like a good swing trade at the least.
Watch for SFTV.OB to continue a considerable upside breakout which could likely reach as high as .03 in the near term.═ There are indications that the company will soon announce a merger/acquisition which could send the stock to unprecedented highs. ═ ═ It was announced March 16th, 2006 that the President and Chief Executive Officer, Jeffery W. Flannery purchased a total of 2 million of the Companies Series A preferred shares and 10.4 million of the common shares. He now owns 100% of the outstanding Series A preferred shares, and 12.9% of the common shares of the company! ═ We expect more to be announced soon! Hold your shares as there are not many out there!

I was hoping today when the ask went to .005 I could buy in. But the money I sent in from the bank did not get in my account in time. So I got lucky after it ran up to .0079 that it fell back so I could get in at .0061. Always a good sign when insiders are buying stock and they do not have very many in the O/S.

The sale of the stock to Mr. Flannery in essence transferred control of the company to Mr. Flannery.═ In less than 3 months, JKRI.OB announced a Letter of Intent to merge with Diverse Networks, Inc. ═On December 6th, 2005 the merger was complete. Furthermore, 2 additional LOI�s were announced in January.═ During this time period JKRI.OB surged from sub penny to as high as .03 cents or 600%! ═ Do you see a pattern developing here?═ It has been 3 months since Mr. Flannery purchased controlling interest and became CEO of SFTV.OB. And I can only suggest that because the stock has been trending up slowly for several months that an announcement is about to occur. ═ With regard to your question as to the near term price target of .03.═ I suggest .03 may very well be achieved in the weeks ahead without an announcement of any kind. It is of my strongest humble opinion that shareholders will hold their shares in anticipation of this announcement and the stock will continue to climb testing this high over the past few years.═ ═ Furthermore, an announcement of SFTV and a merger/reverse merger could in fact send the share price to much higher prices. We can not possibly know today the markets reaction to this announcement. Will it be another SPEA.OB performance that made many millionaires overnight?
