VRDM seems to be setting up to rise very quickly, volume is way up and PPS has started to move a bit. They have had several very good PRs lately and more to come I'm sure.

Nice ascending triangle pattern, third cycle with a golden cross approaching doesnt get much better for a breakout signal

no prob, I play mostly stocks that look like a golden cross, or a bowl has formed, 8 out of 10 times they go up IMO
For a sub-penny play look at DDSI, golden cross approaching, improving RSI

Item 3.02 Unregistered Sale of Equity Securities In February 2006, Veridium issued a total of 75,346,825 shares of common stock to the holders of Veridium's Series B Preferred Stock upon conversion of all outstanding shares of the Series B Preferred Stock, and 627,122 shares of common stock to the holders of Veridium's Series A Preferred Stock upon conversion of all outstanding shares of the Series A Preferred Stock. Further information about the Series A and B Preferred Stock is available in Veridium's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2004.
In a series of transactions taking place between October 1, 2005 and March 14, 2006, Veridium has sold a total of 55,901,085 shares of common stock to the holders of the Convertible Secured Promissory Notes that were issued by Veridium in December 2003. The shares were sold upon conversion of $1,285,000 in principal amount and accrued interest. Further information about the Convertible Secured Notes is available in Veridium's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2004.
At March 15, 2006 there are approximately 225,000,000 shares of Veridium common stock outstanding. In addition, GreenShift Corporation holds preferred stock which it may convert into common stock representing 35% of the outstanding common stock after conversion.
Item 8.01 Other Events On March 15, 2006 Veridium sent a letter to its shareholders. The letter was republished in a press release issued on March 15, 2006. A copy of the press release is being filed as an exhibit to this Report.

Looks like pref. stock holders ran out of stock still had compensation coming - so the issuance of common. I believe initally the pref. issuance acted as a type of corp. bond to fund the company. In any case its all included in the current o/s of 225M. Anyone, if I'm wrong, please correct me.

Also seems to be conversions between VRDM & Kreislers other affiliates(Greenshift & Virdis Capital)since 2003. Kinda keeping it in the family thing. This guys business strategy is interesting & complex. Ha! from 2004 K: Our officers, directors and principal stockholders (greater that 5% stockholders) together control approximately 15% of our outstanding common stock, 33% of our outstanding Series A preferred stock, 83% of our outstanding Series B preferred stock and 100% of Series C preferred stock. Series A preferred stock votes on an as converted basis as five shares of common stock and Series B and C preferred stock vote on an as converted basis as twenty-five shares of common stock.

Veridium Enters into License Agreement with General Ultrasonics Wednesday March 22, 8:00 am ET New Technology Uses High Intensity Ultrasonic Energies to Synthesize Clean Fuels and Energy
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its execution of a license agreement with General Ultrasonics Corporation, a development stage company that owns patented technologies that use ultrasonic energies to enhance physical and chemical reactions and to synthesize clean fuels from qualified carbon-based, hydrocarbon-based, and other liquids, solids and gases. Under the terms of the license agreement, Veridium has the right to use the General Ultrasonics technologies on all applications involving the processing of wastes such as industrial wastes, municipal solid wastes, sewage, residential wastes, and agricultural wastes.
General Ultrasonics' technologies use high intensity ultrasonic energies to enable a new type of hydrogen reformation that is capable of significantly reducing the scale at which hydrogen production is cost-effective. This reduction in scale is made possible by a demonstrated 25% reduction in the temperatures required to affect the reformation reaction as compared to standard steam reformation of natural gas (SRNG), and even greater gains as compared to partial oxidation processes (POX). In standard SRNG and POX processes, the reformation reaction is catalysed chemically. The General Ultrasonics process leverages mechanical processes to generate ultrasonic energies that in turn catalyze the reformation reaction at lower temperatures.
General Ultrasonics' reformation process was designed to produce hydrogen out of a variety of carbonaceous and hydrogen-containing feedstocks. Initial testing on General Ultrasonics' prototypes has demonstrated that hydrogen production at small scales with varied carbonaceous feedstocks is achievable with the technology.

I cant believe this thing has been red for a week now! I have to believe they are giving us plenty of time to buy, IT HAS TO EXPLODE! They have never sold anything to speak of and now in 06 they find a niche and sales start rolling. I have to believe by fall this thing is at .20+ easy!

I'm not sure. I'm just a daytrader. If the volume is there we could see .07 - .08. But if people really believe in this company we will break the .08 resistance. If the volume is not there we will stick to around these price for now until we see more orders comes in. Time will tell.
