Hopefully it's good news to come.Don't think it's a group play or it would be up a lot more then would have come way down already.It could be a contract or something.

This "President" of Nexia is the real Richard Surber
of Dark Dynamite (DKDY) and uncountable earlier
scams.
Richard Surber is a known stock fraud and criminal, frequently a star of StockPatrol.com.
You guys are going to be reversed and you will lose all your money.

Congrats guys on this play, im in at .0004.
Im not for sure, but dont expect any "big" news or anything on this stock. This is just apart of a sector wide play in the super sub penny market as many of these POS stocks are being run up. Not exactly group plays, but sector plays, get in while their hot and then get out. Money is definately to be made.
NEXH was 1 of the big stocks of the day, and we will see if it can gap up and over .0006-.0007 and hold that level 10 minutes into trading.
again, congrats to everyone that has gotten in early.

Hopefully this is not a scam.I think when USXP was at .0002 everyone thought this was the second comming and bought millions of shares knowing this would go up to .04,I am not saying it will go like that but a modest gain would be good.We just never know but trading pennies for a few years now i see when a stock is real low then moves a little the word scam comes up.Maybe this company sees a bright future.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/01/06 -- Nexia Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: NEXH) announced that its subsidiary Diversified Holdings I, Inc. (DHI) plans to begin liquidating $850,000 worth of stock in Diversified Financial Resources Corporation (OTC BB: DVFN) that it anticipates receiving over the coming months.
In June of 2003, DHI sold several properties to DVFN in exchange for sufficient shares such that DHI would realize $1,000,000 in net cash proceeds. Nexia's president, Richard Surber, has been assisting DVFN's management in seeking oil and gas properties to acquire in an effort to enhance DHI's ability to convert the DVFN stock into cash by improving the financial condition of DVFN. To further that end, Mr. Surber personally invested $75,000 in DVFN to assist DVFN with the development of its business plan. Mr. Surber also holds 115,085 shares he purchased in the open market as of February 28, 2006.
Mr. Surber stated that in part through his efforts he is confident that DVFN will locate a suitable oil and gas property to acquire, which should improve the marketability and price of DVFN's common stock. "I am placing a $1.00 target price on the security which is in part based on DVFN's ability to acquire additional viable oil and gas properties and the low number of shares in DVFN's current float which is believed to be about 2,000,000 shares. These factors and others are an indication that the market will value DVFN like similar oil and gas penny stocks traded on the OTCBB."
Additionally, DHI as a third-party shareholder is considering hiring a reputable investor relations firm in an effort to expose DVFN to the financial markets.
If DHI is able to liquidate the DVFN stock, Nexia will realize a gain of approximately $850,000. The DVFN security which is very similar to a convertible debenture has not been carried on Nexia's books with any value because of the financial condition of DVFN when it was acquired several years ago.
Nexia's subsidiary will only be able to liquidate a limited number of shares in compliance with Rule 144K.

ok i'm out... which pisses me off because i saw profits that were over twice as much as what i got now... but at least I took a profit. Couldn't bare it if it fell more. Might buy back in later if it seems like a good bet.

NEXH this looks more like a shake to get some cheap shares by mm's. The volume should attract buyers after lunch. Let's see if it recovers and hits new highs.
