What is going on with Suncrest Energy? Their symbol isn't valid anymore? Does anyone know if they're changing names and symbol or what's happening with the company?

The thing has no volume to it. Maybe if they turn it into a 3 - 9 cent stock they could get somebody to trade it in bigger numbers and make it grow. The people with the divies are not gonna be able to make any money off this stock if they can't sell it.

I don't understand Max...what are your reasons for thinking that would help anything?

The new name is Amerossi International. Read the info below on Amerossi. Looks like a merger of SNYY into Amerossi which was previously a private company. Also, note those oil reserves--29.7 million tons of crude oil...

If nothing happens.. so what. I mean, how much did this cost anybody anyway? On the other hand.. if we do all become billionaires, we'll all have something to laugh about on our bi-monthly get-together on a tropical island.. owned by us.. TBA.

Amerossi Energy ( symbol --AMER) current pps is .10. I strongly feel that it is a strong buy on Monday (AMSN). Yes, I know we have this already with the free shares, but looks like it is in good shape to add more shares to your portfolio. Probably the best news so far that will positively affect our pps in a year.

Piceance Basin might become very well recognized 02-10-01 Few outside of Colorado have heard of it. Even fewer can pronounce its name. Workers toil on the Nabors 909 gas-drilling rig 1 mile north of Interstate 70 in the Piceance Basin. The basin contains buried gas in a quantity so vast that it defies imagination. Yet Colorado's Piceance Basin is one of the nation's biggest reservoirs of natural gas. One day, it may become the nation's largest gas supplier, if producers can find economical ways to unlock the basin's captive treasure. It's pronounced PEE-awnce, and its public profile is low compared with that of other large gas discoveries. The media lavish attention on some of the Rockies' major coal-bed methane plays, making household names out of Wyoming's Powder River Basin and the San Juan Basin in southwest Colorado. But the Piceance in western Colorado is bigger -- much bigger -- than any other gas discovery in the Rocky Mountain region.
Southern Union Gas drilled the basin's first producing well in 1955. But development was slow as geologists struggled to draw gas from the low-porosity rock that characterizes the Piceance. Still, its buried gas is a quantity so vast that it defies imagination. Give it a try, anyway. Imagine a space the size of the Pepsi Centre, filled with natural gas. Now multiply it 5 mm times. That's just a conservative estimate. Other credible professionals say the Piceance's total gas resource could be 10 times greater. "It's very big," said Ken Wonstolen, senior vice president of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. "And it will become a bigger and bigger player as time goes on."

Piceance basin is about 45 miles from here. Theres tons of gas money pouring into the area. Also the oil shale (one of the largest deposits in world) is starting to gear up again. Tax and fee money is rolling into the state and county coffers not to mention the spending of well paid workers. The companys that are drilling have applied for hundreds of well permits so I imagine rigs are coming up short.
