China Wireless Announces Contract With Seaport Security Firm, China Marine Surveillance Tianjin

DENVER, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Wireless Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CWLC - News), is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with China Marine Surveillance (CMS) Tianjin, a law-enforcement and supervisory division of the State Oceanic Administration (SOA).

Tianjin Create Co., a systems integration company and subsidiary of China Wireless Communications, has signed a contract to provide lap-top computer solutions, maintenance and technical support for China Marine Surveillance.

China Marine Surveillance Tianjin (CMS) was founded in 1999, by the State Oceanic Administration (SOA), to carry out routine coastal surveillance and investigate and prosecute illegal activities. CMS has established various rules and regulations which allow for intense law enforcement and supervision in the sea area field uses, such as submarine cables and pipeline laying, sand exploration and mining, environmental protection related to ocean engineering projects, ocean dumping, and marine scientific research activities involving foreign countries or nationals.

The SOA is responsible for the supervision and management of the marine environment for China. The SOA, along with other government agencies, are devising a strategy to build China into a "Powerful maritime state" by establishing systems for marine development planning, developing systematic marine management infrastructure and promoting integrated law-enforcement and supervision through use of the recently created CMS.

Tianjin Create Co., a systems integration company and subsidiary of China Wireless Communications, has signed a contract to provide lap-top computer solutions, maintenance and technical support for Tianjin Foreign Studies University.

Tianjin Foreign Studies University (TFSU), one of eight such universities in China, offers a number of language and cultural programs to Chinese and overseas students of various educational backgrounds. Located in the center of the city, it was founded in 1964 and occupies an area of 103,000 square meters with a floor space of 68,523 square meters. The clean and quiet campus is an ideal place for the teaching and study of foreign languages, of international trade and economics, and for foreign studies and academic research.

The university offers 30 programs in 10 specialties and has provided successful languages training programs for candidates detailed by the Ministry of Education and the Bureaus and Commissions under the Tianjin Municipal Government for further education and research work abroad. By upgrading the quality of technology that is currently being used, the university is striving to continue their remarkable achievements in teaching and academic research. This in turn will upgrade the quality of students, the academic competence of the teachers, and strengthen international exchanges. So far, the university has graduated more than 6,000 students who are making great contributions to the economic construction and social progress of China, and of Tianjin in particular.
