This has been at .005 all week. Volume picking up today. Its been on a long down trend. I'm hoping this is the bottom. Not pumping, just looks like a bottom play.

Anyone have any thoughts on this POS? It had heavier than usual volume today and still traded sideways. It's been in a down trend but I thought it might be coming out of it.

It is incorporated in the state of NY. Probably be prudent to check the NY Secretary of State site to see if they have raised their A/S lately. It's a pink, so they wouldn't be rquired to file dilutive information with the SEC. They can just raise the A/S and sell, sell, sell ! If the A/S has been stable it might a good bottom play, hit a new 52 week low today, (.0045). They might drop it one more time before running it, if/when they do.

They list the company with NY SoS, but unlike NV SoS, there isn't any detail regarding A/S, or for that matter, anything else. Flying bind on this one. Maybe someone will take the initiative and call the company or the T/A ?

I'll be shocked if you receive an answer before I'm dead. Suppose if you do get a prompt reply it will be a good sign, well, depending on what the numbers are.

For a daytrade, maybe. For mid/short term gains, this is a free-fall IMO.
