SHO list is a list of stocks that are being sold naked-short by the MMs. The MMs sell them without borrowing from another party. This will pull down the pps, so they can collect the cheap shares. After a certain tays they will have enough shares to cover what was negative at a higher pps. A stock will run only after the MMs have collected enogh shares at the bottom.So when a stock is just out of the SHO list is a good entry point. Do your DD --- play your own game.
