Just thought I would keep everyone up to date after talking with the CEO- The 10QSB filing is due this next week, which will include the audit of the company that they elected to have done to assure investors that all is well. We'll see how it looks. Additionally, take a look at the site and the subsidiaries especially. They expanding quite a bit. I really like this one! Forgive the cliché, but its a bargain at these prices.

I have played this one a few times, and let me tell ya, it makes wide upward gaps out of the blue. Sometimes you don't see it coming and then BAM, it's up over 20%.

I couldn't get any hint from him this week in his tone or anything. He seemed calm and collected. I spoke to him back in January when the stock first dove down to these levels and he was mad that people were selling on rumors, which is why he elected to do the audit. He seems like a real go-getter, which you can kind of tell from the PR's and news. The new agreement with Trident will seriously reduce overhead, and he claims they will be profitable this year-but we've all heard that one before. We'll know more once the 10Q comes out about how well he's running the company.

I dont mean to rain on anyones parade but I did some looking after reading this thread and found nothing good here, except the chart. Even trhe guys on RB said to run as far away as you can from this one. I was thinking of buying but I dont know. I found lots of refrences to Blue Sky which brings back memories of MLON and Mario the puke.

I think you're confused on which stock your talking about foxtrot. Blue Sky is a motorcycle renting subsidiary that MBAH holds a 50% interest in. In addition, MBAH has started the National Motorcycle Dealers Association which has managed to pull on board a huge number of due paying members-read the PR's. And who is RB? There is no dilution occurring-check the filings and you won't find a trace of an SB-2 or the like. Finally, they just signed an agreement with Trident, who will be selling insurance for them and will lower overhead by supplying their own employees in exchange for the extra office space they will use. This has all of the makings of a secure stock-no r/s, no dilution, a low, what else can you want? I picked up more today and think it has tremendous promise.

Extreme Toys showroom getting prepared for business
Extremely high goals are not new to Nazareth Dewoodie who has his eye on capturing a segment of the over $60 billion dollar Florida Tourist market with a motorcycle rental and sales stores called Extreme Toys. The newest Street Eagle Licensee will open under this moniker in Tampa, Florida. Plans are to open two stores in Tampa in high traffic areas this month and four more Extreme Toys stores by the end of 2006. Deposits on locations have already been made in Daytona, Ft. Meyers, Ft.Lauderdale, and Sarasota. This list joins our Blue Sky Rental store in Clearwater, Florida.
"Florida has the right demographic for Extreme Toys, tourists with money to spend and perfect weather throughout the year" says Naz. "Major events in the area will drive even more rentals, aside from the biggest motorcycle event in the Country, Daytona Bike week, there are bike weeks throughout the State." Bike Week and Biketoberfest will be good experience for Naz and his team to build on, as Tampa gets closer to the Superbowl in 2007. We will be ready for what Naz calls all the "need-for-speed enthusiasts".
With a background in advertising, promotions and marketing, Naz has no problem promoting business. The Tampa store is not even open but the concept has already been featured in the St. Petersburg newspaper. When it came to the day-to-day operations, Extreme Toys brought on Don Miley a Dealership professional as General Manager in Tampa and eventually over the six Florida stores. Dan brings 11 years of experience in the automobile dealership business and certainly has the credentials.
"The timing is right for this business and for Florida. The cities are growing and there are younger transplants and active people looking for adventure and active tourism. The timing was also right for me to make this jump in my career," said Don, "I had done every job in the auto dealership industry and am looking forward to having my own stores." Don also has an ownership stake in the Extreme Toys parent company and is looking toward a bright, successful future in motorcycle sales and rentals.
The Tampa store is going to start with up to nine bikes and look to run up to 30 bikes in every store. They will have the ability to transfer and move inventory between all these Florida stores during big events and peak sales times.
We look forward to the rapid expansion in Florida and having Extreme Toys on our list of Street Eagle Rental Locations.
In additional news, MBA has been interviewing people for additions to the Board of Directors of MBAH. We plan to make those announcements in the next few weeks.
Also, the company has received shareholder proposal for our next proxy statement. The Company has forwarded these proposals to our legal counsel for review for compliance with SEC rules. If your proposal is rejected for inclusion in our next proxy statement, our counsel will advise you and the SEC of the reasons for the rejection. If your proposal is not rejected, it will be included for vote in our next proxy statement to shareholders.
Thank You, Gaylen Brotherson-CEO

Careful on this one. Read some stuff that was posted on RB. I know you can't believe everything that you read but check posts by Blue Sky Lumpy, he worked for MBAH or possibly even owned it at some point and used to post on RB. I'm not going to start rumors so I'll leave it at that.

MBAH: Looks like the MMs have collected enough cheap shares, and will let her go in the next few days. Do your DD and play your own game.
