SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 28, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Zig Ziegler, Founder, CEO and President of Motion DNA Corporation (Pink Sheets:MTDX), announced today that he intends to step down. ``As I have always promised to do whatever possible to enhance shareholder value of our Company's stock, I have decided to relegate myself the role of Director of Marketing and Technical Development and allow for the infusion of a powerful slate of officers and directors to continue to guide our Company thru the everyday operations and dealing with non-core corporate activities,'' stated Ziegler. As for the company's plans to become a fully reporting company, Ziegler had this to say. ``As a fully reporting company, we believe it is important for Motion DNA to provide shareholders with the best possible management team. We are poised for explosive growth in 2006 and the right team will be able to lead Motion DNA during this transition.''
When asked how this major realignment could be seamlessly accomplished, Ziegler continued: ``Over the past three months, I have met with upper echelon management of more than a dozen major public companies all around the Country in the sports-related venues, such as, food, drink, clothing, footwear, TV, not to mention professional athletic leagues and individual tams. A straight out merger would not be out of the question, but we are not at liberty to name names at this time.''
It should be noted that Jamir Miller, former professional football player and managing partner of Formula 51-2 LLC, made an unsuccessful $56 million bid to acquire all of the non-management issued and outstanding shares of common stock at an adjusted price of $1.5625 per share just over 10 months ago.
Ziegler will continue to host Motion DNA radio and television shows, in addition to hosting sales presentations for the company's products and services nationwide.
In other company news, Motion DNA expects to announce several new products and applications for its technology in the coming weeks including products applications for the multi-billion dollar retail market.

Ya, I think something is up here too. Looks like insider buying all week and last. Bought a few thousand at 0.17 today.
Dog predicted yesterday's PR by 1 hour and now predicts one 2maro. He's connected for sure. I'm thinking we double or triple at the very least and if this goes to takeover or merger like he's suggesting, maybe even the dollar range this stock saw last year.

dog seems to know something so his word is enough for me to pick up a few shares and see what happens. I got 5000 at .17 also. I thought the offer of $1.56 made .17 seem darn cheap. Even if it's not worth the $1.56 it should move up a decent amount on some good news.
