lbtn - medical device company has started to run..no reason apparent to me, but then again, stock was .01 just a few weeks ago...and we are now * .0032...

according to pinksheets, the O/S 42mio shares. Currently pps is .003 = 126K capitalization. doesnt look like a bad deal to me. Seems the last RS 150:1 in 2004 made investors weary. Any insights as to the low PPS?
