"We are pleased to provide our shareholders with the following corporate update:
"Since our last update, One Voice's telephony division has signed Advantage Cellular and PTSI along with launching our services to the subscribers at Cellular One of Amarillo. We are now in the integration and testing phase with three additional carriers that have already signed for our MobileVoice(TM) service and anticipate these services launching to their subscribers in Q2, 2006.
"Additionally, One Voice is making tremendous progress in Mexico with regards to our MobileVoice service. We anticipate signing an agreement, then launching services with the largest telephone company in Mexico in Q2, 2006. The revenue opportunity represented by this carrier is substantial for our company, and we will actively apply our resources to making this a success.
"With our Media Center Communicator(TM) product, One Voice recently launched version 2.0 of this product. To date, reviews have been very positive. We have signed over a dozen resellers/integrators in the U.S. and U.K. Recently, One Voice delivered our Golden Master software to a very large PC manufacturer for bundling on their Media Center PC's. This is anticipated for consumer availability in summer 2006. We are currently working with a large consumer brand company to incorporate our mceSpeechTools into their Home Control software. This integration will add our voice recognition capabilities to their Windows XP Media Center application for voice-enabled Home Control. We anticipate this will be commercially available from this company in Q2, 2006.
"In addition, One Voice continues to add features to our products, including: Skype integration and DVD Changer functionality in our Media Center Communicator product, along with Gmail, MSN Hotmail and Yahoo Mail access from our MobileVoice service.
"Regarding funding, we are working with our current investors and anticipate we will have enough cash to reach operationally breakeven this year.
"As always, I appreciate your ongoing support and look forward to a successful 2006."
