I don't expect it to be a huge mover tomorrow but I think OMOG is poised for upward movement in the next few weeks.
Accumulation has been pretty steady for 2006. With the exception of just a few weeks this year, CMF has been green and gained intensity in March.
It is currently just above its 52 week low and there appears to be a nice support line at .0038
I think all this stock needs is a decent PR to create a little buying pressure and it will move.
Please do your own research and if you do decide to buy and it goes up please sell some shares and recover at least some of your initial investment because it will come back down.

This stock holds pretty well. They do not over do PR's to make it run that is good and bad, but i think that if the deal goes through they are working on, that this will have a nice pop,and i feel they will up the pr's more after that. We will see.

I've been in this thing for 1.5 years and it's just now seeing the truth come out....read on Garth An inside poster wrote this.... DO YOUR OWN DD,....but here's a little help "I was just on the phone with Adam and he is really happy. To quote him we got back everything that was stolen. We are out of some of the money from past production But, we have settled the case without going to court. To put it in a nut shell we have interests in hundreds of wells and a big stake in Concord Dome. The next phase of the project is to do a ton of paperwork to get everything back in our name. My guess is if you are short BDGR or long OMOG your account may look a little different tomorrow. Hats off to the whole legal team. By doing their homework they were able to get Taylor's depo. to be the big nail in Lanza's coffin. Also, by winning the summary judgement and having Adam's Depo in order they had no legs to stand on."

This is great news i hope they settle. This is one news i did not expect, now we will wait on the news i do expect hope they both go thru. This is nice after second guessing twog and getting out, this could make up for it sure hope so.

It seems that they must. I know you can't usually trust pinks but Adam Barnett really does seem like he is on the up and up. Only time will tell. I just have a feeling we are all going to be patting ourselves on the back for buying in this cheap and waiting it out!

He really does seem to be on the up and up, not a lot of fluff to try and make you buy the stock good and bad. The nice part is that this stock does not take big dips time will tell.

I have been in awhile also and normally i would have taken some profit out today decided to hold all and add a little, a few weeks should tell the story. To me it is a good buy because it seems to hold without big drops i expected some drop today.

I think the cat is out of the bag on this stock, i was hoping to get more in the next week, but i am afraid this one will move up fast. Here is what they were seeking in damages i know they will not get this amount but i am guessing it will be nice -33% in attorney fees. Might end up having a lot of assets for a penny stock, we will see. This is a release back on 7/26/05 on what amount they were seeking in damages. OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. Repeat- OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Sell Panola County Lease Company Also Corrects February 16th, 2006 Press Release
HOUSTON, TX, Feb 23, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTC: OMOG) announced today that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Consumer Direct of America (OTC BB: CSUA) to sell its interest in a 1,116 Acre Fredericksburg Prospect located in Panola County, TX. Under this agreement, CSUA would acquire up to 90% of OMDA's 75% Working Interest (which translates into 56.25% of the net revenue interest) of the Panola Field Prospect. CSUA will pay OMDA Oil & Gas, Inc. one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) in cash and the equivalent of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) of registered common stock for this interest. Both parties expect the agreement to be finalized promptly.
Adam Barnett, Chairman, stated, "OMDA Oil and Gas is pleased to be entering into this agreement with Consumer Direct. I am impressed with the way that CSUA was able to grow their Shearson loan division over the last few years, as well as their recent 16 million dollar merger with Paragon Financial Corporation."
