As previously mentioned the Company's Board of Directors has authorized its management to commence preparations to develop a plan to become a target for acquisition or merger by a suitable strategic buyer. Having an independent fair market value report completed is a key step amongst the other preparations the Company is undertaking.
The Company feels retaining Evans & Evans as its valuator allows the Company to work towards attaining the best value for the shareholders in any potential merger or acquisition transaction.

until you get DOMS and HDSN off the ask , it will stay here. they aer private MM's. they are not retail and they are the ones that likly are trying to cover. when they move off it will go back up. more news looking for tomorrow. and buyout next week is the rumor.

This could use a nice run--some have postulated that this co. is basically down on its luck to consider merger or acquisition but by all means if a Macro is valuated at 10-12 million and a bigger player thinks its worth 15-25 million and wants to buy why not sell operation. Reading between lines--it sounds like there is pretty healthy interest from at least a couple players and the co. proceeding ahead with valuation DD shows some real confidence.

okay, looks like VFIN is really short and getting worried. they have been calling and asking for paper at .0002. no one is giving it up. news looks like tomorrow and maybe buyout finalizing next week. keep on your toes. let me know if you get any at .0002. i can almost bet you won't get any cause vfin is short big time.
