USXP should have a great week and I guess one will have to pay several cent per share.
- up more than 1000% without real news - naked shorts sellers have to cover 8 times the o/s (around 30 billion shares). they are at the beginning of this process, maybe 3-4 billion covered already - that took us up 1000%. think where we could stay at the end of this week and then next week - the reason they try to cover might be the pending finalization of the reverse merger with the amex-listed company ANS - the awaited announcement of the ANS deal could move us to 50 cent in the spikes because the naked short seller must cover before the move to amex using the merger. they will have to pay whatever price we want! o/s and market cap of usxp will be no point
this is all just my opinion of course, please do your own dd. do not buy or sell because of the above thoughts.

iternity do you think if the merger is announced it would be better and try to sell at .50 and then buy back in when the price settles. I thought I remember reading a post saying if we did do a reverse merger with ANS we would lose like 90% of our shares although they would increase in value.

I understand if I was able to sell my shares at I have now at .5 I'd be a very happy camper. If I lost 90% of my shares and the stock was at 3.5 I'd still be a happy camper.

Okay, a dumb question.. but here it goes anyway. Should this all come to pass.. is a reverse merger similar to a reverse split?
I'm thinking yes, in one respect where you would wind up with 1000/1.. but on a reverse merger isn't it a distinct possibility even if you wind up with one that could be worth a lot of money?
Bottom line, however, we are obviously getting a tad ahead of ourselves.
That said.. let's all hold hands.. and start to think about the tropics!!!!!!!!!

USXP has been involved in many 'deals' and has aquired a lot of unusual 'potential' technologies in the past. Their path is littered with lawsuits and unrealized expectations.
I own shares but realize that this may end up as just another flash in the pan. But then again the ' irrational exhuberance' currently being exhibited may drive the stock up further.
Just have a solid exit plan.

BlindMellonChitlin, I know USXP for a while like you. This is totally different. We moved 1400% in the last days without news. Only because of Market Makers and NSS imho.
They do not buy just for fun. They try to clean for a good reason.

Yes, There is way too much publicity to be ignoring this right now. Even if there was nothing in the piple line then I would still be looking at getting more shares just because of the trend and everyone watching this. GLTA

I guess that is only great news if you are already in. I have about another $400 that I will be getting in with this morning. I just wish I had more.
Volume already traded premarket looks like 1 mil
Ask price already .0076 which is 8.5% up from close yesterday. Still climbing.
