Well this one does have potential has been beaten down and way overdue for a nice little pop.
The holders of APO’s common stock, the Voting Holders, to authorize the company’s officers to take the necessary steps to spin-off APO HEALTH NY (“APO NY”), Inc., into a independent entity and no longer a wholly owned subsidiary of APO HEALTH NV, Inc. Currently APO HEALTH NY, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of APO HEALTH NV, Inc. APO NV intends to divest itself of the wholly owned subsidiary APO HEALTH NY, Inc. and transfer the ownership of APO NY to the current shareholders on a pro rata basis. This transaction will not affect any holder’s position in APO NV. After the transaction holders will retain their current proportional ownership in APO NV and be given proportionate ownership in APO NY. In essence, each holder will have the exact same percentage in both entities after the transaction.

APOA has been in a slow downtrend, but now we see some indicators in 'oversold' territory, and with recent HIGH VOLUME, it looks like some strong ACCUMULATION is taking place, ahead of what I anticipate to be some VERY strong momentum from these levels.
Grabbed my first position at .014 on 12/23.

I see no reason why the volume should increase like that. Theres no news at all. Be careful it could be a group play. Get out early and let the group be the bag holders.

I'm guessing some folks saw the hard-dip in the middle of DEC, along with some recent'oversold' signals and rushed to scoop up what they could, at what looks like may be rock-bottom prices here. Glad I joined - don't see much downside...but LOTS of 'upside'
