I think this stock has alot of upside. Currently at .0225 .
"As of March 21, 2006, United Companies Corporation had 250,000,000 shares of common stock authorized and 148,970,677 shares issued resulting in a market cap of approximately $3.7m. The CEO of the company, a Brownie's employee of 25 years, holds 95,000,000 restricted shares leaving the balance among a few hundred shareholders. The COO holds options for 28,571,429 shares. A stand-by equity distribution agreement (SEDA) in the amount of $5,000,000.00 is available to the company, but to-date remains untouched as management feels the negative impact on what it feels is an undervalued share price would be too great. The SEDA will expire in July 2006. In addition to the SEDA, convertible debentures redeemable for stock also exist and are set to expire in April and July 2006."
