Jan 01, 2006 (The Denver Post - Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News via COMTEX) -- SOVEREIGN HOMES GETS ARIZ. PROJECT: A Broomfield company has been selected as a preferred builder in a 1,600-acre master-planned community in Arizona's Mohave Valley. Cardinal Communications Inc.'s Sovereign Homes division will start construction this month on the first of four model homes at El Rio Country Club, a 640-acre gated community anchored by an 18-hole championship golf course. Homes will be priced between $200,000 and $350,000.
Sovereign Homes is a specialized developer of residential real estate. Cardinal is a provider of voice, video and high-speed broadband telecom services.
KITCHEN, BATH REMODELS PAY OFF: Investing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects pays off. Many homeowners who complete midrange bathroom remodels can expect to make money; the cost on a national average for this project is $10,499, and the return is $10,727, or 102.2 percent, compared with 87.5 percent in 2002, according to the 2005 Cost Value Report published by the National Association of Realtors in Realtor Magazine and by Hanley Wood LLC in Remodeling magazine. On average, major midrange kitchen remodels cost $43,862 and return $39,920, or 91 percent of the remodeling costs, up from 66 percent in 2002.
PHOTOG AUCTIONS HOME: Emmy Award-winning photojournalist Joe "Klimo" Klimovitz is auctioning off his Steamboat Springs home. Klimovitz, who regularly shoots for "NBC Nightly News," "Dateline," "48 House," "ABC's 20/20," A&E and the History Channel, built the 6,900-square-foot home on 20 acres in 2002 as an escape for his family. But his busy career prevented him from visiting the estate, about 20 miles north of Steamboat Springs, as often as he thought he would. The five-bedroom, five-bath home includes a kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, a 1,300-square-foot family room with 21-foot ceilings, three floor-to- ceiling moss rock fireplaces and a six-person cedar-walled dry sauna.

I'm assuming by chart you are referrencing the three clear candlesticks that were formed the last three days, (higher highs, higher lows), and by volume you mean the largest volume since early June. 52 week high .065 on 7/15/05. Since the 52 week high it has been in a downtrend, leveling off the end of Oct., and trading between .01 / .025 until the latest run to a high of .035 today closing at .03 .

I'm guessing you feel its over and it will drop back to the lows. If you are correct then thanks for informing us. I am not a pro but I feel I give some pretty good picks such as rvmn when that went through the roof! Tell me how you feel about mray

I don't know if it will follow through to another 50 to 100% gain. It has been my experience watching sub/micro pennies, that after a substantial run, (50% or better being substantial), they usually take a breather, and retrace before gainig more momentum. I'm sure we can all give examples where that senario hasn't happened, but I would think that it holds through 70 to 90 % of the time. If your asking me to perdict the numbers, up/down, how much I can't, however, yes, I would expect some retracement before it moves higher.

First impression it has been lightly traded lately:
You have to go back to 8/22/05 to find the last time it traded over 1M shares in a day, it has had maybe 6 over 300K since then.
This is very good : 84,253,434 shares of the registrant's Common Stock ,$.0001 per share, were outstanding as of December 12, 2005.
...but then this 8K :
Prior to exercising such Note, Mr. Campo owned 5,570,000 shares of the Company's common stock. After exercising his conversion right, Mr. Campo owned 94,570,000 shares. Prior to exercising his conversion right, the Company had 84,253,434 shares of its common stock outstanding. After Mr. Campo exercised his conversion right, the Company has 173,253,434 shares of its common stock outstanding. Upon exercising his conversion right, Mr. Campo therefore owned of record 54.6% of the outstanding shares of the Company's common stock (NOTE: Company has 173,253,434 shares of its common stock outstanding.)
Not very sure what Mr. Campo intends to do with his 94,570,000. I guess you could assume he will hold it to keep controling interest.
Don't see a history of R/S.
No news in forever, only PR's concerning registrations of filings. They're in a good industry, alternative fuels, developing an engine, and/or looking at Hydrogen Production Technology.
On 1/17/06 bounced off of it's 52 week low, .0055 to close at .009 . Shot up today from .009 to .019, up 111%, a 245% gain off the .0055, 1/17/06 low, currently Bid .013 / Ask .017, that could be a product of MM's overnight, (meaning not accurate).
Again, up over 110% today, and 245% from the 52 week low on 1/17/06, do you trust it to not retrace, and continue going up?
It's news starved. Any PR even saying Mr. Campo is thinking about picking up a phone and calling a major auto manufacturer will send it flying.

Thank you for your observations and d/d. Its great when someone post valuable infomation to assist others making smart decisions. This would fly if they would release somthing! Again will thanks for the info.
