I posted this on an XKEM thread, for those that might not open that thread:

The news of the settlement was 1/25/06. Great news, $4.2 settelement, but has it been refelceted in the PPS, only for about an hour or two , when the PPS went from a close of .0094 on 1/24 to HOD of .0105, on 1/25, finally to close down .0011 at .0083 that day. What went wrong? $4.2M for a subpenny, and it goes down? Is it being wildly shorted? I bet not. Is it being manipulated? DEFINATELY !!! Recall PBLS's last run, it began with GREAT news, but yet the MM's pulled it down to .013 from .0225 before letting it go to .05.
Now I know some might say, "Oh! Another MM conspiracy theory nut". Here's some statisitics, you decide.
When did this really begin? If you look back to 1/12/06 you will see unprecedented volume 55.2M shares traded. You will also find favorable news that day :

...and yet the PPS went from .013 to .011 -15% on 1/12. Ok. So now, look forward to the last 11 trading including 1/12. 164M shares traded, with GREAT news on 1/25, $4.2M settlement with the company expecting to net $1.6M after legal fees and expenses. What happened to the PPS in those 11 days? Just what one would expect - NOT ! It closed at .0066 today off of a new 52 week low of .0065, or down 49% from 1/12's opening price of .013. Doesn't sound very logical to me. Favorably restructured debt, expecting to net $1.6M from a settelement of a suit, trades 164M shares, in that time period, and it looses almost 50% of it's value. There is something wrong, seriously wrong. Is it the company? No. It is that MM's are not ready to run it yet.
There is only one question you need to answer, has it reached its bottom yet, or are they going to be greedy and pull it down more? It is not a question of if it will run, but when it will run, and from what level.

OhhhYeah, believe me, I will know. I thought for sure bottom was .0070. Then I was positve .0067 was, because that established a new 52 week. Well, we do have a new 52 week low, .0065, but we upticked at close. See what Monday brings.
