(Pink Sheets:PRRM), an outdoor sports and media company, announced it is restructuring management to better emphasize and streamline its wholesale and retail operations in Colorado and Vermont and increase market share of the Company's majority owned subsidiary, Stockli Ski USA, the U.S. distributor of the Swiss crafted Stockli line of Skis. The company announced that Charlie Webb of CJ Webb, Inc. will now spearhead sales for Stockli Ski USA. Mr. Webb has nearly 30 years of ski hard goods sales experience and enjoys a reputation as one of the top selling hard goods reps in the country. The Company also announced it is shifting more emphasis on the creation of original programming for national syndication.
