Hee Corp. manufacturer and retailer of their herbal diabetic and dietary supplements. Recently completed manufacturing and are now marketing in naturapathic and holistic magazines and targeting high risk populations. They have been hiring regional sales reps and were supposed to have trained a sales force over the last weekend (watch for a PR). They are also selling their products through their web site and (i think) yahoo store.

#1 Never closed below the solid base at .0013

#2 Long term down trend. IMO caused by investors doubting future revenue and dilution during production and organization.

#3 A month long level off at the base of .0013 that coincides with the timing of manufacturing coming to fruition (this is a strong indication to me that this has hit bottom. I think if it were going to go much lower it would have by now). This also tell me that the shadows below the .0013 look like great buying points.

I bought 175,000 shares @ .0014 I am confident that this is going to be making gains in the future and I plan to hold on to my shares until I see what is going to happen. Even if the products only make modest returns for the company, at least they are actually offering a product. That is more than can be said for most pink sheet companies.

Almost identical chart for CNES. FCC approval coming soon for their multi-channel H-net product coming in about 30-45 days. Specualative, but should get a good pop.

Good luck.

I may not like HCCF that much because when its all said and done its an herb, period. No matter how they want to paint it. It is also diluting so that throw the charts off.

But they don't even come close in comparison to CNES. This stock can't even afford to pay its management except with shares. It is a continuous dilution blood sucker. This stock has burnt more members of this board then almost any stock. Just a few scams that pulled the wool over its shareholders better (CMKX, MLON, PRRM) to name a few. And I put this one in the same class.

The Debentures are all paid off now, this should help the pps since there will be no more shares coming into the market.
Sales figure thru September will be out in 3 weeks, I dont expect them to be very good but we have just started sales and not much advertising yet.
According to todays investor update they are getting daily requests from doctors about the HPB-84.

That sounds good foxtrot. I got tired of waiting for something out of HEE. I sold off what I had. It would be my luck that as soon as I sell my shares, they come through with something substantial.

[Confused] On there website, probably not enough money left in the bank account to PR this miserable update.

Investors Weekly Update.

Hutchinson, Kansas - October 14, 2005

HEE Corporation announces 3rd Quarter ’05 sales results totaling more than $21,000. In order to grow sales for the next quarter, HEE Corporation will be airing its infomercial in support of HPB-WL2000, its breakthrough weight loss supplement.

“With our sales representatives just getting in place, we anticipate strong sales growth in the next quarter,” said Frank Stuckey, Chairman of HEE Corporation. “Obviously sales are an important component of business success, but what is most important right now is that we have put the right components in place to support sales activities and spark growth.”

HEE Corporation has raised its Alexa Web Ranking from 846,185 in July to 483,639 in October. In addition, HEE Corporation has raised the number of sites linking directly to its Web properties from 37 in August to more than 545 in October. Bigrod, I know it looks like gloom and doom here, but I would not count this one dead yet.
The tv comercial is still set to air the first two weeks in January. Filming is about 3 weeks away.
There are other things working that we are not privy to and Doctors are getting good results from HPB-84.Also more testimonials are to be added to the web site.

I don't know where you are getting your info, what doctors, the ones who they paid with shares? This product does not work for any diabetics that I know. You need to look at the relationship that they have with the MD's who are saying that it works honestly [Big Grin]

This is the first that I have ever heard someone say that it does not work.
I have heard and read quite a few say it does work.
These are doctors around the country that read about the stuff in a trade magazine and ordered the stuff to try on thier patients, and are reordering.

Yep we tried it on our patients and it did not work any better than any other treatment. The key is the diet as with anything else, the only thing that the product did was to make the patients more aware of their diet and exercise needs, that is the key and the patients did not need this product for that. If others are having success then I truly wish them well.

Hutchinson, Kansas, November 26th, 2005

Fellow shareholders:

We feel it is important to share our experiences as members of the
HEE Advisory Board.

HEE Corp Board of Directors, HEE consultants and we have been very
active in the weekly conference calls. During these calls the
business topics at hand were discussed, facts were gathered, outside
consultants or businesses were brought in, and decisions were made
for the good of HEE Corporation and shareholders alike. It is the
Advisory Boards' position to assure shareholders that we have been
involved and participated in the decisions of the company on every
conference call. We have always had the shareholder in mind as we,
too, are shareholders. We provided our time and efforts voluntarily…
we received no payment from HEE Corp.

HEE Corps officers and staff have worked diligently to implement the
plans and strategies discussed during our meetings. We gave input
whenever possible. The company has worked hard to reduce its debt
and operate on lean budgets. Some of us on the Advisory Board have
our own businesses and therefore we know that not everything goes as
planned. Plans take time to implement and get changed along the way
to best achieve desired results. We can assure you, although we were
not privy to sensitive company information or actions, we feel the
management tried to keep the shareholders best interest in mind.
Their focus was always on prudent selling of the product and with
the assumption that the share price would take care of itself once
sales increased.

As previously stated, we were not privy to what was deemed to be
personal issues and sensitive company business. For this reason, we
were not aware of the resignations of HEE Corp management until they
were posted on the newsletter. Despite this action, we know that
the products do work and that there is still a potential for
business success. We would ask all shareholders to allow the
company the time to transition into profitability with patience and
to show a bit of kindness towards all of us who have been working on
your behalf and those suffering from diabetes.

Sincerely,

HEE Corp. Advisory Board Members

It goes as loe as .0003 but the MMs probobly wont let you get any for that. Id say .0004, it has had trouble reaching .0007 so far. Its going to take a little time, the new BOD has to rebuild investor confidence.
They will post an update on their site Monday.
Look under newsletter. They try to post something each monday to try to keep us up on anything going on.
FWIW I had 2 mill and down $12k but bought 2 mill more when the new board took control.
