First Canadian American Holding Corporation Declares Dividend
Monday December 12, 9:00 am ET


TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 12, 2005 -- First Canadian American Holding Corporation (Other OTC:FCDH.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a stock dividend, payable to shareholders of record of December 21, 2005. The dividend will consist of one (1) free common share of Suncrest Energy Inc. (Other OTC:SNYY.PK - News) for every six (6) shares of FCDH held on December 21, 2005.

Based on the current price of Suncrest the dividend amounts to a Fifteen Cents ($0.15) value for each and every share of First Canadian held as of the record date.
