Not sure I understand why this is news. The company has been pushing that idea for quite a while now, but the stock price keeps going down. Actually it seems a dubious concept to separate passengers from their luggage. If you do not have to ride with your bags and be accoutnable for them, what is to stop you from sending bombs aboard the planes that carry the luggage? I am not sure that the market sees this as a winning idea for the company. If I am wrong I sure would like to know about it. As far as that company is concerned, some of us still are waiting for them to collect some lawsuit winnings. Until then why should the stock go up?
(130 million shares have sold already today, and I am not sure how to interpret that: Is it people trying to get out or people trying to get in?)
