Ingen Technologies, Inc. 1st Quarter Revenues Exceed $500,000
PR Newswire - November 10, 2005 13:15
- Gross Profits of Over $400,000 -

CALIMESA, Calif., Nov 10, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTN), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announces the SEC Filing for the three months ending on 08/31/2005.

The Company's auditor's, Spector & Wong, LLP have released the financial statements for the first quarter from June 1st through August 31st, 2005. The total revenues generated from Secure Balance(TM) sales were $532,872, and the Gross Profit was $447,826. The company has invested a total of $6,330,713 in the research and development of all their medical products, and this accumulated deficit is expected to decrease now that OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM) is near completion. The Total Current Assets of the Company have grown to $442,997, an increase from last year's Total Current Assets of $9,976. The Cash Balance at the end of the first quarter was $404,432.

"We expect to File the 8-K today, as well as amend the first 10-KSB filed last week. The following week, our legal counsel will file the other 10-KSB as scheduled. We are focused on growth, now that the restructuring is behind us. We have two major trade-shows in December for Secure Balance(TM), and our RC Engineering has successfully tested the OxyView(TM) prototype, and we are preparing to build a production model and submit this new product to the FDA for a 510(k) issuance prior to marketing the device," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman.

About Ingen Technologies, Inc.

Ingen Technologies, Inc. is a public company trading under NASDAQ OTC: IGTN, which has been in business since 1999. IGTN is a medical device manufacturer and a growth-oriented company that owns U.S. patent(s), trademarks, and proprietary medical products.

The Company's flagship product is OxyAlert(TM), a second-generation design of the Company's BAFI(TM) product line. Both of these products have been issued two U.S. Patents: Patent No. 6,137,417 issued on October 24, 2000 and Patent No. 6,326,896 issued on December 4, 2001. Both of these products are low-oxygen safety warning devices used on remote oxygen cylinders for patients, commercial aircraft, military transport, and fire and safety equipment. OxyAlert(TM) technology encompasses the use of digital sensing and RF frequency transfer so that care givers can access a hand-held remote to monitor the actual oxygen level of any oxygen cylinder at a reasonable distance.

The newest product, OxyView(TM), has a patent pending, and is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual safety warning of oxygen flow to hospitalized patients. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of hospitalized patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck. It informs the nursing staff of oxygen flow rate near the patient. It could quickly inform the hospital staff of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the patient.

The Secure Balance(TM) product is a private-label product that includes a vestibular function testing system and balance therapy system. The vestibular function testing system is manufactured by Interacoustics LTD. in Denmark and is referred to as the VNG. The balance therapy system is manufactured by SportKAT(R), Inc. in San Diego, California. The Secure Balance(TM) program provides equipment, education and training about balance and fall prevention to physicians and clinicians worldwide.

The Pure Produce(TM) product is a continuing research & development program currently under design. This program uses hydroponics technology to grow various plants without the use of soil, fertilizer and water consumption. The Company anticipates entering the nutriceutical and pharmaceutical markets over the next two years.

"Our team of professionals has developed our medical products for the ever-increasing elderly population. Our products are superior to any of our competition and they allow for effective medical product availability to seniors, and at the same time the increasing senior population allows for a steady growth in sales and profits," said Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman of Ingen Technologies.

Thanks for the warning Jmoove. But I am still hoping for a good year in '06. Like I've said before, I'm in too deep to bail.

Good call, been gone and now that I am back I spend most of my day fighting the VA over my disability and trying to find a job now that the Army has kicked me to the curb. Any info about the R/S would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose some news is better than spectacular news...IGTN has its hands in many different ventures but is at huge risk for failure due to its expense vs. profit ratios. Moreover, they have already lost the trust and respect of many devoted shareholders with upcoming R/S that only can mean dilution pollution. Opens door for several hundred million more O/S--feel free to invest your hard-earned dollars in this one but realize over last several months a large number of individuals have been absolutely burned by co. I still have a very small position here but I would just advise anyone doing some very hard DD on this co. before thinking about buying in. Finally,if this company is such a bright prospect shouldn't they issue a buyback so PPS can recover to equitable levels for shareholders rather than suck $$$ out of each and every share while increasing O/S?

Ok, maybe I'm not reading what you wrote correctly, but how does it create several hundred million MORE O/S? A reverse split, (and I am taking this directly from my series 7 book):
" While a FORWARD SPLIT creates MORE shares that are worth less and increase the number of authorized shares, a REVERSE SPLIT creates LESS shares that are worth more. A forward split adjusts the market price of a stock downward and a reverse split adjusts it upward." So the way I am reading this, a reverse split is going to lower the outstanding stock.

I'm still holding too. And hoping! Have any of you added to lower your average? Or have any of you sold part or all of your holdings already? And, does anyone have any idea why the R/S hasn't gone through yet? It seems like if he changed his mind, he'd have announced it. My thinking is, he wants the price higher first. If it was at .05 when he did the split, the price would have been 2.00 afterwards, which would look much better for bigger investors. I just wish we knew the what's and the when's.

Superbee383... I actually spoke to IGTN Scott Sand a few days ago about when the reverse split. His response was, "these things take time". "They don't happen over the weekend".

Thanks for the update DWE.. Sure seems like it happens fast for the other ones that do the R/S. I still think he's waiting for the px to go higher. If that's the case though, by the way it's going, he's got a long wait. I'm still in it, but now it's just not looking too promising. I guess I just have to wait it out. [Confused]

pps getting rediculously low, about to buy some more, just going to wait for the 2pm OTC daily list to come out to see if its on the r/s list. If its not I see this bouncing from current left to .0040 very easily, nice 33% gain

Hey fellas, so what's the consensus on this. I already gave up and sold off my entire position for a MAJOR loss but thank the lord GZFX was around to save my a$$ and get me back in the game.

Is RS going through or what? Will probably just buy back in since it's already lower than what I sold it for but that's alot of volume for a red day today.
