For those that have been trading a while...
Seeing many "good" stocks getting the "E" added because of late filings...
Investors get scared..sell..price of stock falls...
Is it a "good buying op"? As long as the Company is a "good one"...Hold for a few weeks...the Company files...the PPS goes back up...It works in my head...
Anyone have thoughts?

seems like I've seen it work both ways...ie, some good ones with E just keep moving up cuz folks know they're simply perfecting a minor problem...kinda depends on the stock and the thread, as I recall. But, ya, if you see panic selling and, say, call the company and find out it's nothing and the E will be lifted shortly, could be a good bounce set-up.

I've seen some insane runs after the E comes off. I always watch for that. A couple on my list now are CYOS and RWNW.................

However, if the company does not file within the (I beleive 30 day) extension period, the company will be delisted from the otcbb and become a pink sheet stock. This is what scares many people when the "e" gets added. If they do file within the extension period the "e" comes off and they resume trading on the otcbb, but if they do not the "e" comes off also, but they now will trade on the pink sheets.

Question, I had PMED now PMEDE as of Friday. My portfolio list - 100% is that correct and when the E is lifted is my money still gone?

lol, was getting you the link to this thread--no, your money's not gone. Re-read this thread: they're late with a filing. You could see a big drop in pps if they move to pinks, but if they go ahead and file, it's back like it was...may bug a few folks, but basically no harm, no foul if they get their filing in...

If anyone wants to post on here what the stock was 2 or so weeks before the E was added and then what it went to the day or 2 after the E was added...and then how long it took to move the PPS...and to what..maybe we could all keep track and see if Addin't the E really makes a difference...over all...
