Dumping stopped. It was clearly noticable. The 10Q posted today stated it was due to conversion of the CDs. But that has stopped, and volume to back to what it was, which is still relatively liquid. The pps has gotten stable and the chart is forming a flag or pennant with the 50-day EMA forming to top half(forgive the technicals, but they do in fact work for pennies). I'd expect this one to break out on a rally once full-on winter hits in the U.S. Northwest, which is basically... NOW. Hope I can get more before the run begins but I'm not sure I'll be able to. Moderator locked down my new thread. Guess they have their own favorites.

Anyway, with oil down as much as 20% during the recent pullback, everyone is talking about a rebound. Well, timing couldn't be better, since CKEI just posted a great 10Q report, AND the chart pattern is primed. Stock's PPS has flat-lined (more or less) around the high .02's to low .03's for a while, and Wintertime is here. This one looks coiled and the tension is tight. A slight window is still there to get in, but it won't last long! [Big Grin]

If there is already a thread open then there is no need for a new one, it has nothing to do with favorites.

I understand, but when looking up a ticker symbol, and when I get the response, the dates only indicate when the post was started, not when most recently posted to. It certainly led me to believe that all the forums were dated, and I am positive I'm not the only one interpreting it that way. Who wants to go through and figure out which thread is the most recent by clicking each one? Better to have the date become updated when a post is added. IMHO, but to each his own.

The last posted date is clearly posted, as the date becomes older it moves down the list. Posters complain that they have to go to more than one thread for DD, so they prefer to have only one thread at a time.

Okay, I see what you're saying. But what I've been doing is to log on, and use the 'search' tool for a ticker symbol. That gives me, in the case of CKEI, about 12 boards. Some are active, some are not, and you can't tell by looking at the list which ones are active. Try it and you'll see what I mean. I guess I'll have to revert to scrolling down the main forum list and hope that I find the stock I'm interested in, but that takes more time. BTW, feel free to delete all my responses on here. I know the best way to use this forum now.
